The broker gets none of the advantage of ownership.

You are asking them to participate in the downside of a property that you own.

Also you are the one who approved them to move in, not the broker

@CaseyMericle I think there needs to be more disclosure for the sellers his groups buy from. They are still on the note and it is still on their credit. I sold a deal like this in the past and it was a nightmare for me.
