@Adam_Bateman_UK@RonnLennon@Carra23 3) Ferguson built sides at Aberdeen and United from scratch. Pep is a coach who only has a track record of managing elite players in purpose built, ready made squads.
@piersmorgan Because your team have won the league playing the same anti football that your fans used to criticise under resourced teams like Bolton and Stoke two decades ago.
If Manchester United sign Ederson is because:
• We have CLOSELY monitored him.
• Done our due diligence into his personality and how he would fit into our squad.
I’m not going to listen to people on here when they have ZERO experience within the game. I’m going to trust @ManUtd since they signed Sesko, Cunha, Mbeumo, The Iron Dome & sacked Ruben for potentially losing Kobbie Mainoo.
@SwedishRumble The reaction around him from fans has been ridiculous. I'm convinced that the majority that are slagging him off will have barely seen him play. Recruitment under Vivell has been good and Carrick won't approve a midfielder he doesn't rate. I'm happy to trust his judgement.
@LiamPaulCanning The negativity from fans around United since Amorim left is ridiculous. We are in one of the best positions we've been in since Sir Alex left and the fan base has never been more divided. Recruitment under Vivell has been so much better. Trust the process and back the team!
@England@FIFAWorldCup Absolutely abysmal selection. Bringing players like Spence, Burn, Henderson, Madueke and Toney, but leaving behind Maguire, Foden, Gibbs White, Palmer and Bowen. Makes zero sense. Why take Toney as a 3rd striker when we have Kane and only play one up top. He won't play a second!
@albrookshawAFC The weak choice would surely be to just pick a player from a team that was successful (could still easily finish the season trophyless again), when there are no clear standouts. United jumped from 42 to 64 points in one season because of Bruno's output. His stats are insane.
@Adam_Bateman_UK Presumably they want to run both teams independently and want the women's team to be self sufficient and not propped up by the men's team.
@sistoney67@ManUtd But the referee didn't give anything originally. So surely if that wasn't an obvious error then VAR shouldn't have got involved in the first place?
@PGMOL_FA how on earth is Martinez a "violent conduct" red card for a hair pull yet Gabriel only gets a booking for that act of agression. You're corrupt!
@RedMarrow_ Although I agree with B, I think the biggest issue is a lack of games which is impacting match rhythm. I thought we'd benefit from decent rests between games, but I actually think its become a major disadvantage and we are struggling to gain any momentum.
@johncrossmirror Footballer of the year by it's very name should be the best footballer regardless of team performance. If the season's best footballer helps his team win a trophy, great. But Fernandes shouldn't be punished because United started with a manager so clearly out of his depth.
@RedMarrow_ Scholes's argument about Lammens makes no sense. Chelsea paid about 9 million euros for Courtois from Genk and he ended up being one of the best goalkeepers of his generation. We paid 40 million for Onana and he was one of the worst GKs we have ever had.
