One coach looked at me and said, “I’ll pass.”

There are a lot of talented players. The little things—independence, maturity, and personal responsibility—matter more than many families realize.

Looked somewhat empty of ideas when they went up a player.

I was cheering. What a result that could have been.

Move the opponent, create overloads in dangerous areas, look to the wide space to stretch the opponent. Do not play for a draw.
