Today we had my favorite workout we do every summer… Miles.

In honor of Miles Henderson and the way he used his time on this earth.
Miles was the embodiment of a Fighting Wildcat. He was honest, true, committed, and faithful with an infectious smile and an unflagging loyalty…

I tell our kids often, and I wholeheartedly believe, the whole point of our existence is each other, and the impact we choose to have… and Miles lived that.
