@British_Airways Thank you for your reply. I was out of signal all day. Just checked on the app and it’s now showing at 273.01 but I booked yesterday at £406.01 and I’m past 24 hours free cancellation as I had no signal. Something is either a miss with your system or your taking advantage

@Coral the app and mobile webpage won’t fully load on plusnet Wi-Fi but will through 4G. Can’t see any settings issues and only just happening. Please advise as doing on behalf of my elderly parents while I’m visiting them but when I go they will be stuck…..
