@JeffGreeneLearn One more thing, had a student do a dissertation using both LPA and cluster analysis and found they generated nearly identical structures but found that cluster analysis was more straightforward and easier to interpret than LPA.

@JeffGreeneLearn Although correct about design, meausurement, etc LPA is person centered because the combination of variables are calculated by row, not column.
