@MadanNarayanan @SerkanTulgarMD @KiJinnChin @KalagaraHari No. But I have had great results with lumbar esp for avascular necrosis of hip pain, and suboptimal results with NOF preop pain. Has anyone combined sacral or lumbar ESP or sacral plexus block with FI or PENG for fracture pain?

Every so often, #POCUS comes thru in penetrating trauma as well! Note subtle air in the ant, parasagittal plane deep & inf to diaphragm, both sup & inf aspects of liver! Not seen on supine CXR (duh), & barely on AXR!
