@OntheBeachUK so my holiday has been cancelled 5 weeks before we were meant to leave. Email said 'flights cancelled and couldn't find alternative". I accepted that. Im now looking for another holiday and my original flights are still coming up as available? This feels wrong!

Went in for 1 bag of crisps. My god how hard is this? Self pay till, never took receipt, got stopped att barriers, had to go back to get receipt, then figure out how to scan receipt, then get out through the gates. £1.19 spent and never again. Why have self serve?
