Beginning to work on outreach events for 2019. Fall of 2018 has been booked for 8 months. It’s going to be something great! It’s certainly an event larger than FBCJC. Be looking for more details to come as the time of the event draws closer.

Well my squirrel count keeps going up. 37. I carry them a few miles out of town and turn them loose. It’s been said I’m catching the same squirrels over and over again. This could be true. Perhaps I should take them to another parish or even another state.

I caught my 36th squirrel a little bit ago. They just keep on coming.

It’s been community service Thursday. It’s been a hot one and I’m glad I’m done for the day. Lindsey is coming in today and Levi is off so we’ll have a day or two of family time. Not only done for the day, but done for the week.

Proud of my church. FBCJC showed up tonight. Our second movie night was a hit. I wouldn’t want to pastor anywhere else. All day long, from SS to the benediction tonight, we’ve been walking in spiritual places. Bring it on!!

It’s already a record year. I’ve caught 31 squirrels so far. Last year I only caught 27. Squirrels beware; the season is still young!

I can’t to what I use to be able to do, but that doesn’t mean I can’t do something. I find it’s one of my greatest joys in life serving those who need a hand.

On the road to LR for a Dr’s appointment. It seems like I have Dr’s appointments every week, sometimes two. I think we’re going to run by some friends @ Harmony as we make our way back to Junction later today.

Last night did me in. With the passing of time I am again optimistic. Resting some this afternoon. I’ll be ready to celebrate the victory tonight. WPS!

Cheryl and I are finishing up our 15th month @ FBCJC. What a difference those 15 months have made. There has been so much change in our lives and it’s all been good. Thank you Jesus! Thank you FBCJC.
