The theology is overstated too. Jesus teaches compassion with discernment, boundaries, and righteous judgment (Matt 10:16, Matt 7:6, John 7:24).

Your reply seems more political than theological.

He’s not anti-empathy, he’s against empathy without discernment (“suicidal empathy”), which isn't the same.

As for actions, one could argue his life looks closer to Jesus’ model of sacrificial service than most religious people who reduce faith to stated belief and Sunday attendance—he spends all of his time, energy, and capital on projects aimed at protecting and elevating human life.

He might actually be the most pro-life person on Earth 😂

Agree overall, but worth noting that unfiltered self-expression is rightly regulated by the group. That's how we're socialized and learn to cooperate - an essential step in human development. The real challenge is knowing when not to play along.

I think as a general rule pursuing the truth (not just my truth) leads to the best possible outcome, regardless of cost. Living a lie might be easier short-term, but long-term it'll wear down your soul.
