This right here is the definition of TOXIC LEADERSHIP. This man supposedly did 24 years in the Military, and I can’t imagine how many poor young Service Members ended up leaving the service because of his horrible leadership.

We have enough Veterans killing themselves. And it’s people like this guy and their mentality that are to blame.

Unfortunately, today I found out that a Marine Veteran in @RegimentGG lost the battle to his demons and took his life.

He sent me this DM a month ago, and I feel absolutely terrible that I missed it and it got lost between the hundreds of spam DM’s I get on Discord…
