#ligetivertige is a disorienting piece. the constant eighth chromatic lines sounds really cool, but leaves you with no sense of stopping. the piece ends by just decrescendoing into nothing. #mus365

#adamsmachine is a really energetnic piece. it focuses more on rhythm and harmony rather than melody. the brass play the rhythm ideas the most, with hitsbeing played by percussion and flutes. these hits add a clunking or whooshing feel to the piece. #mus365

#reichtehilim is the most relaxing song song we’ve heard all semester. all the parts repeat themselves, but different ideas are added to them, like when more vocals come in the round each other. percussion also adds a big feel and drive to the piece. #mus365
