@SamsungMobileUS to complicate all of this, navigating Samsung Customer Service is a nightmare, neither of the links to setup service work, I get a whoops error message when trying to connect with local Asurion Store to setup a appointment for diagnostic services. #WTH Samsung

Both my phone @SamsungMobileUS and my TVs @SamsungUS were both just outside warranty along with my Refrigerator Ice Make, all Samsung Products are proving to me that Samsung is a Brand that's in trouble in the US!

And @SamsungMobileUS to add fuel to my fire and tempt me to go to Apple for everything moving forward, my parents TV less than t yrs old died just before Christmas and my Samsung TV just a little over 2 years old has a volume issue that restricts volume to just 16 out of 100!

Hey @SamsungMobileUS I'm really disappointed that as soon as my phone gets paid off the charging port stops working and it also corresponds to just being one week past my Best Buy Total Tech extended warranty expiring too. I've been loyal to Samsung all the way back to Note 7...
