In order to remain consistent, one thing I've found incredibly helpful is to build long-term personal financial plans.
As investors and entrepreneurs, we often want to try new things constantly to accelerate results. Month-to-month results might seem low. However, think about how that compounds. What happens if I keep growing my business at 15% per year? What happens if I keep reinvesting and getting +20% on my capital?
Compound interest is incredible, but it needs time. For that reason, making the journey enjoyable is key for long-term success. 20 years of 15% growth is better than 5 years at 30% growth and then 0, or you burning out and going backwards.
Old people seem to get it, young people don't. Such a shame, as the second ones have a massive time advantage on their side
