@British_Airways made booking online (after site kept crashing at final stage each time) and no booking reference given, no confirmation email and money taken from account.Unable to contact by phone as no one answers and chat box useless.... FFS.

@LNRailway So as previously how can you charge for first class tickets if absolutely anyone can sit in there? Those that have a first class ticket have basically been mugged off as your company does not provide a first class service ffs.

@LNRailway Thanks but… no checks yet and journey nearly ended. No announcement re seating not being declassified anymore , nothing. These tickets were bought as a ‘treat’ for London trip. Never again. I wil require details of how to receive a refund sent to my DM. Not negotiable.

@LNRailway You are not providing a first class service and so should not charge for one. I will absolutely require a refund for the difference in cost as you have categorically not provided the service paid for.
