A real full circle moment for me. The 2nd podcast I was ever a guest on back in 2018 with Joe Fairless was the Best Ever show!

@ClintFiore The OP seems targeted at someone looking to buy a business. In that regard, there is truth to the “shopping for a job” line. However, it does not negate the importance or impact of a business delivering under $500k in SDE. Hats off to your family for what you all have built!

@realEstateTrent @mrkorangy It’s 101 copyright law. The case that cemented this actually is ridiculous though. There was a statue that was commissioned and after a period the sculptor just took it back. Went to the Supreme Court and they ruled in favor of the sculptor.
