Out in @Chem_CP we integrate conformationally flexible peptides into pyrazolate frameworks using bispyrazolate amino acid dipeptides

The amino acid side chain controls dimensionality and guest-response

A versatile route to programming adaptive porosity

The collection from @SpringerNature 's Discover Catalysis "Sustainable Catalysis for the Synthesis of Fuels and Chemicals", is already live!

We welcome contributions spanning materials, catalysis and reactor engineering.

Out in @J_A_C_S we show that A-site substitution in heterometallic Ti2M2 clusters induces cluster strain in MOFs, lowering symmetry and enhancing reactivity. Strain boosts LMCT efficiency, Ti(III) photogeneration, and enables superior CO2 methanation rates

This work is a core part of @EloyGomez1991 PhD and includes contributions from funimates as @JCastells_ , @nebsalmora, Sergio Tatay, @NataliaMPadial, @felipegandara80 from @icmm_csic and @UPV collaborators from @navalon_sergio ’s group

[NanoUp - Maspoch Group @WeAreNanoUp]

A really nice @UoBChemistry - @ImperialChemEng collaboration with @JesBarrio_ looking at the impact of heterocyclic amines in the synthesis and structure of ZIFs 🥳

Check it out in @JMaterChem !👇

More to come soon! @LeverhulmeTrust

[Jesús Barrio Hermida @JesBarrio_]

The latest work from the group is a collaborative effort to find out what heterocyclic amines do to the structure of ZIF-8! It’s now online in @JMaterChem @JCastells_

https://t.co/N3Tv5hT2DO

Spoiler alert, we found a new, layered ZIF structure (1/2)
