It seems Americans do not understand what a tip is.
A tip is a small amount of extra money voluntarily given to someone, such as to a waiter, bartender, or taxi driver to show appreciation for a service well performed.
It is not meant to replace the salary that person is paid for doing their job.
How is that difficult to understand?

I now understand the American dream.

I came to the World Cup because I was offered a last minute ticket to watch England play Croatia in Dallas and I started documenting my journey.

The content went viral on social media. So much so, the President of the United States saw it himself.

I was invited to attend the grand opening of the great American state fair for freedom 250 and halfway through Donald Trumps speech, I was told to come and wait back stage for a photograph.

This sort of thing could only happen in America.
As an Englishman I never really understood what America has to make it “the land of opportunity”

Today, I respectfully ask the Trump administration to reconsider its decision to terminate Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for Venezuelans and to extend this humanitarian protection in light of the devastating earthquake that has struck Venezuela.

This disaster has claimed lives, displaced families, destroyed communities, and dramatically worsened an already severe humanitarian crisis. Requiring Venezuelans to return under these circumstances would expose many of them to dangerous and inhumane conditions.

TPS was created for extraordinary situations exactly like this. Now is the time to demonstrate compassion and uphold the humanitarian principles on which this protection was established by allowing Venezuelans to remain in the United States until it is safe for them to return home.
