@Bell Note this was not my account but the account belong to a senior citizen. Who was also forced into online billing so normally just pays the same amount each month trusting it will cover her bill. So not surprising when it is several months later that someone notices.

Dear @SamsungMobile I love my Samsung Note 10+ but it's time to upgrade. My Carrier @telusmobility offers your S23 Ultra but only in the 256 GB model, with my Note 10+ I have my microSD slot so no issue it is 256GB internal. Lack of microSD slot on S23 Ultra = loss of customer

@SDGreenall @bai0 Almost killed an appliance like that myself. Was an Actifry. Amazing how melty they are. I have my electric kettle on one of the dampers on my electric stove the solution for that one is I physically removed the mechanical knob from that damper so no more oops.
