@BankofAmerica Microsoft is phasing out SMS for 2FA because its vulnerable to phishing and SIM-swapping attacks. Please at least give me the option to use a passkey or TOTP to better protect my personal accounts. Pretty please?
@BankofAmerica and @MerrillLynch any chance you could do what Fidelity does and let me choose use a TOTP instead of SMS for MFA? Whole world knows by now that SMS is vulnerable to SIM-swap attacks and doesn't work when you're on plane WiFi. Pretty please?
@dunkindonuts the fine folks at the E. Robinson location in Norman, OK could use a reminder that it’s okay to talk to people who walk into the store. Actively ignoring them until they use the kiosk or get mad and leave is not a good look.
@BreezeAirways sending out your credit card pitch emails with no link to unsubscribe from your marekting list is a violation of the CAN-SPAM act. Please stop.
@mdurr84 you might take another look at your Sears story. Specifically this sentence: “The five remaining Sears stores are located in California, Florida, Massachusetts and Texas with two in Florida.”
@Tesla my $99 for a month of FSD was actually $107.66 because it included sales tax. Thing is, software delivered electronically and services are both exempt from sales tax in Oklahoma. Could you refund me the $8.66, please?
@FedEx for the love, please integrate with MyQ like Amazon and Walmart have done. Deliver inside my garage. I'll pay the annual fee this will inevitably require.
@FedExHelp You're going to "take care of this" how? Code the missing functionality? Call the driver that's delivering some future package and give him my garage door code?
@TheOklahoman_ why are the e-mailed Daily Briefings frequently an exact copy of the previous day's daily briefing? The only thing different about today's is the day/date at the top. Otherwise it's a copy-and-paste of yesterday's.
@elonmusk any chance I could get an option in my Model 3 to make the cabin temp adjustment slider control the fan speed instead? I rarely adjust the temp but adjust fan speed often.
Hey @TheOklahoman_ I have no problem with advertising, except when I pay for a subscription and the advertising blocks the article I paid to be able to read.
@AnkerOfficial any chance you could make an 80mm grommet form factor charger with USB-A and USB-C ports? And a Qi version too? I would LOVE one of each for my desk. Current options are pretty bad.
@Rolling_Square love the AirCard I just received. The case thing though…not so much. I guess the adhesive on the Velcro patches melted and made all of this a sticky mess.
@FTC you might check out @SamsungUS's offer of a free bezel with the purchase of a 32" The Frame TV which they are not honoring. I believe this to run afoul of your deceptive marketing rules.
@Adobe how about a "hobbyist" CC subscription that gives me 10 hours/month of CC apps and costs $180/year? $660/year is too much for my silly personal stuff and volunteer projects, but I'd still like to use the real apps and would pay that amt to use them.
