@Heskicks Check the exposure time, when you’re that close you’re usually blocking light which leads to a long exposure time. You’re hand holding a 1/40s shot under high optical zoom so the fuzziness is because your hand is moving.
@Heskicks Yes, fixed/prime is almost always better quality than any zoom lens. The answer comes down to what you’re going to do with the lenses and if the practicality of switching lenses outweighs the drop off in image quality. I would also compare non-sigma lenses.

@Heskicks Antibodies are completely different test than PCR or even antigen. I don’t really know how different their tests can be, it’s not like they have access to special science that no one else has. They probably have their own PCR machines or a dedicated lab.
