Let us get this clear. There is NO legal requirement for a State to accept #NEP. In fact Tamil Nadu has not accepted it since 1968. But not once in recent days have either the BJP or the DMK pointed this out. Instead one side speaks about how TN must comply and the other about how its rights are being trampled. With their stranglehold over the media in Delhi and Chennai they make this the focus of discussion.
If it is about the withholding of money the State Govt can take the matter to Court to claim its rightful share. Yet they have not.
If this is not a fixed match, I do not know what is. #Tamilnadu
