Tommy Thompson, an eccentric engineer from Columbus, Ohio, built an underwater robot and pulled tons of pristine 1850s California gold from the bottom of the Atlantic.
It was the greatest sunken treasure recovery in American history.
Then 500 ultra-rare gold coins vanished.
When the Columbus Federal Court demanded the treasure back for investors, Thompson went on the run. U.S. Marshals tracked him down, but he refused to break. Faced with a furious federal judge and a $1,000-per-day fine, his only answer was that he had total amnesia.
He sat in a federal cell for nearly 11 years without uttering a syllable.
A few months ago, the courts finally admitted defeat, ruled further detention was pointless, and set him free at 73.
This modern-day pirate outlasted the entire legal system, walked out with his secret intact, and could be out there right now tracking down the millions he hid.😏
@umbrathex@Lebanon_John Thank you! Everyone forgets that our state department overthrew the Ukrainian elections in 2014 or 2016 and we kept moving NATO equipment closer to Russia. We would do the same thing Russia did if someone did this in Mexico or Canada. But everybody is drunk on kool aid
@ASavageNation Don’t stop there “Doctor”. What does it say in the Talmud on how “goy” can and should be treated by the Jew? Let’s tell the whole story , shall we?
@MekkaDonMusic The .gov indoctrination must continue at any cost. If the propaganda is halted or stunted in anyway, the controllers risk people waking up. They don’t want that.
@FredMinnick Yeah when you finally see sports as the modern day Roman circuses to keep the people in a trance, it becomes difficult to enjoy it anymore.
@jeff8875@ScottEnlow The tyrant cops sure make it easy to win those law suits. Seems to me if they really upheld the constitution like they say, they would stop trampling people’s Constitutional rights. Most all work for private for profit corporations and the capcity in which they act, is unlawful.
