🌍 Romans 5:10 — Reconciled Through His Death, Saved Through His Life
Part 2
Friday 19 June 2026.
New Dawn Daily Devotional With Apostle Joel
♦️Rom 5:10 KJ2000 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
🤝Grace Began When We Were Enemies
📖 Romans 5:10a
📌*"For if, when we were enemies…"*
Before Christ saved us, we were not neutral toward God. Paul describes mankind as enemies of God. This enmity was not because God hated us, but because sin had alienated us from Him. Humanity was in rebellion, walking according to its own ways and resisting God's authority.
Yet, God did not wait for us to become lovable before He loved us. He took the initiative. While we were still hostile and undeserving, He sent His Son to die for us. As Paul notes elsewhere, "God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us" (Romans 5:8). Grace is therefore not God's response to human goodness; it is God's answer to human helplessness. This radically shifts our perspective: we do not earn God's love; we simply receive it.
The wonder of salvation is not that God saved good people, but that He saved His enemies.
💡 Daily Reflection
Never measure God's love by your performance. Measure it by the Cross. If He loved you when you were His enemy, His love for you has not diminished now that you belong to Him.
🗣 Daily Confession
Father, I thank You that Your love reached me when I was far from You. I rejoice that Your grace sought me before I ever sought You. Your love is everlasting. Amen.
🤝Prayer
Merciful Father, we thank You for granting us the keys to understand the mysteries of the book of Romans. 🌍 Romans 5:10 — Reconciled Through His Death, Saved Through His Life
Part 1
Thursday 18 June 2026.
New Dawn Daily Devotional With Apostle Joel
♦️Rom 5:10 KJ2000 For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.
🤝 Introduction
Having established justification by faith in Romans 1–4, the apostle Paul now unfolds the blessings that flow from being declared righteous before God. Romans 5:1-11 presents a beautiful chain of blessings: peace with God, access into grace, hope of glory, joy in suffering, the love of God poured into our hearts, and the assurance of final salvation. In verse 10, Paul once again employs an a fortiori ("how much more") argument to strengthen the believer's assurance.
🎯 A Brief Summary of Romans 5:1-9
Having been justified by faith, believers now enjoy peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ (v.1). Through Christ, we have gained access into the sphere of grace in which we stand and rejoice in the hope of sharing God's glory (v.2).
Even tribulations become occasions for rejoicing because they produce perseverance, proven character, and hope, which does not disappoint because God's love has been poured into our hearts by the Holy Spirit (vv.3-5).
Paul then magnifies the greatness of divine love. At the right time, Christ died for the helpless and ungodly (v.6). Human beings might occasionally sacrifice themselves for a good person, but God demonstrated His love in a far greater way: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us (vv.7-8).
Therefore, having now been justified by Christ's blood, believers possess the assurance that they shall be saved from God's wrath through Him (v.9).
🤝 The A Fortiori Argument of Romans 5:10
📌"For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life."
— Romans 5:10 (KJ2000)
Paul once again employs an a fortiori argument ("from the greater to the lesser") in order to teach his readers that if they were reconciled to God through His Son's death while they were still His enemies, how much more will they be delivered by His Son's life now that they have been reconciled.
The greater work was accomplished when we were enemies. God reconciled us to Himself at the highest possible cost—the death of His Son. If God did that when we were alienated from Him, there can be no doubt that now, having been reconciled, He will certainly complete our salvation through the living Christ.
The death of Christ secured our reconciliation; the resurrected life of Christ guarantees our preservation and final deliverance. We are not merely saved by a crucified Savior—we are continually saved by a risen and living Savior who intercedes for us and lives forever.
Thus, Romans 5:10 is one of the strongest statements of assurance in the New Testament. Our future salvation rests not upon our own strength, but upon the unending life and ministry of the Son of God.
💡 Daily Reflection
If God loved us when we were His enemies, how much more does He care for us now that we are His reconciled children? The same Christ who died for us now lives for us. Therefore, our confidence rests not in our ability to hold on to Him, but in His power to hold on to us.
🗣 Daily Confession
📌 Father, I thank You that through the death of Your Son I have been reconciled to You. I rejoice that Jesus Christ not only died for me but now lives for me. Because He lives, I have the assurance of final salvation and deliverance. My confidence is not in myself but in the living Christ who intercedes for me and preserves me unto the end. In Jesus' Name, Amen. 🙏🏽
🤝Prayer

Father, guide us to comprehend Your Word deeply—precept upon precept, line upon line, word upon word, scripture upon scripture, chapter upon chapter. Equip us, by Your Spirit, to be exegetical and expositional teachers who faithfully unfold the truths of the gospel of Jesus Christ. 🌍 Romans 5:9 — Justified by His Blood, Saved from Wrath Part 44 Final Series.
Wednesday 17 June 2026.
New Dawn Daily Devotional With Apostle Joel
♦️Rom 5:9 KJ2000 Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.
✅Rom 5:9 GW Since Christ’s blood has now given us God’s approval, we are even more certain that Christ will save us from God’s anger.
📖 Summary Devotional: Romans 5:9
Justified by His Blood, Saved from Wrath Through Him
📜 Scripture
📌 Romans 5:9 (KJ2000)
✅ “Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him.”
💡 Key Truth: The believer's past justification guarantees future deliverance because both are secured by the finished work and ongoing ministry of Jesus Christ.
📝 Devotional
Romans 5:9 is one of the greatest assurance verses in the New Testament. In a single sentence, Paul connects the believer's past, present, and future salvation.
📌First, Paul reminds us that we have been “justified by his blood.” Justification is God's legal declaration that the sinner who trusts in Christ is righteous in His sight. This justification is not based on human merit, religious works, or personal goodness, but entirely upon the sacrificial death of Jesus Christ on the cross. Through His blood, Christ satisfied the righteous demands of God's holiness, paid the penalty for sin, and secured our acceptance before God.
📌Second, Paul uses the powerful expression “much more.” This is an a fortiori argument—an argument from the greater to the lesser. If God loved us enough to send His Son to die for us while we were still sinners and enemies, how much more will He save and preserve us now that we have been reconciled to Him? The God who accomplished the greater work of justification will certainly accomplish the lesser work of bringing His children safely to glory.
📌Third, Paul declares that believers “shall be saved from wrath.” This points to the future aspect of salvation. Although believers have already been delivered from the penalty of sin, there remains a future deliverance when Christ returns and God’s final judgment is executed. The believer will never experience God's condemning wrath because Christ bore that judgment on the cross. Therefore, there is no condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1).
📌Finally, Paul concludes with the words “through him.” Christ is not only the foundation of our salvation; He is also the ongoing means of it. We are justified through Him, reconciled through Him, preserved through Him, and ultimately glorified through Him. Everything God does for us comes through the Person and work of Jesus Christ. There is no independent standing before God outside of union with Christ.
Romans 5:9 therefore teaches that the believer's confidence is not found in himself but in Christ alone. Because Christ shed His blood, because God has already justified us, and because Christ continues to intercede for us, our future is absolutely secure.
🔑 The Three Pillars of Romans 5:9
1♦️ Justification (Past Accomplishment)
📌 “Being now justified by his blood”
God has declared the believer righteous through faith in Christ.
2♦️ Sanctification (Present Experience)
📌 Christ continues to preserve, transform, and sustain His people.
Believers grow in grace while awaiting their final redemption.
3♦️ Glorification (Future Completion)
📌 “We shall be saved from wrath through him”
The believer will be fully delivered from judgment, sin, death, and every consequence of the Fall.
🤔 Daily Reflection
Am I resting in Christ's finished work, trusting His present ministry, and looking forward with confidence to my future salvation?
🙏 Daily Confession
Father, I thank You that I have been justified by the blood of Jesus Christ. Thank You that I am no longer under condemnation and that Your wrath has been satisfied through the cross. I trust that the Christ who saved me will preserve me, sanctify me, and bring me safely into glory. My confidence is not in myself but in Him alone. In Jesus' name, Amen.
✨ One-Sentence Summary
Because I have been justified by the blood of Christ, I can be absolutely certain that I will be delivered from God's wrath and safely brought into eternal glory through Jesus Christ my Lord.
To be continued..........
🤝Prayer

🌐🎯 *SUMMARY NOTICE*
📌 *TITLE:* The 7th Plague Pattern: Prophetic Timeline, Judicial Threshold, and the Glory of the 12:26 Season
📆 Friday 12 June 2026 Edition
Issued by: Apostle Joel
💊 *Proclaiming Truth. Piercing Veils. Building Kingdom Integrity.*
🏛️ *A Publication of the SLW Institute for Prophetic and Governance Studies (SLW-IPGS)*
🤝 *SUMMARY:*
A night vision of hailstones received on 13 March 2023 was publicly confirmed by an extraordinary winter hailstorm over Harare, Zimbabwe, on 6 June 2026 — inaugurating what this article designates the 12:26 Season. Drawing on Ezekiel 12:22–28, Isaiah 60, and the Exodus plague narrative, the article establishes that this is a season in which God's long-delayed prophetic words are entering accelerated fulfillment, and that the 7th Plague has been confirmed as a judicial threshold marker for Zimbabwe and the nations.
1♦️ *The 12:26 Season* — Grounded in Ezekiel 12:22–28, the 12:26 Season is the era in which God abolishes the proverb of perpetual delay: *"There shall none of my words be delayed any more."* Simultaneously, Isaiah 60 declares that gross darkness covers the earth while God's glory arises upon His covenant people — two realities operating in the same moment.
2♦️ *The Prophetic Timeline: 2020–2026* — Since 2020, the nations have moved through six rounds of compounding systemic pressure — pandemic, economic disruption, political fracture, moral collapse, geopolitical realignment, and technological disruption — mirroring the first six Exodus plagues. The June 6, 2026, hailstorm marks the confirmed arrival of the 7th plague threshold.
3♦️ *The Judicial Theology of the 7th Plague* — From Exodus 9:14, God declared that at the 7th plague, His judgments would strike the *heart*, not merely the external environment. This is the judicial threshold: the point where accumulated, repeatedly rejected mercy produces a shift from corrective to revelatory judgment. The ultimate declared purpose was *"that you may know that there is none like me in all the earth."*
4♦️ *Divine Longsuffering* — The hail descended upon a *thoroughly warned* people, not a surprised one. The pattern of divine patience before escalation is consistent across Scripture — the flood, Babel, the Amorites, Jerusalem before exile, the rejection of Christ. Judgment is always God's strange work; mercy is His delight.
5♦️ *The Test Within the Judgment* — Before the hail fell, a window of escape was given. Those who feared the word of the LORD sheltered their households; those who did not were left exposed. This established that prophecy's purpose is preparation for obedience, not mere prediction. The dividing line was response to revelation.
6♦️ *The Last Three Plagues: Systematic Deconstruction* — The 8th plague (locusts) demolished economic confidence and created a generational testimony. The 9th plague (darkness) exposed Egypt's false source of light — Ra — while Israel had light in their dwellings, mirroring Isaiah 60's dual-reality. The 10th plague (death of the firstborn) struck ultimate human pride over inheritance, succession, and legacy, establishing that history belongs to God alone.
7♦️ *Zimbabwe and the Narrowing Window* — The 23 August 2023 elections were a door of repentance that was not walked through. Constitutional Amendment Bill No. 3 represents continued judicial perversion. The 7th plague has been confirmed over Harare. The doors of mercy are narrowing but remain open.
8♦️ *The Covenant Response* — The Church's appointed shelter consists of: Psalm 51 (genuine brokenness and repentance), Psalm 91 (the covenant position of dwelling in the secret place), and 2 Chronicles 7:14 (the national healing protocol — *if My people humble themselves, pray, seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways*). The responsibility for national healing rests first with the people of God.
9♦️ *The Gospel Anchor* — Every plague pointed forward to the Passover Lamb, who points forward to Christ. The blood of Jesus remains the only ground of protection in any season of divine judgment. The appropriate response to the 12:26 Season is not fear but repentance, faith, consecration, and declaration. The God who sent the warning also provided the ark.
10♦️ *The Apostolic Decree* — The delayed prophecies are coming to pass. The proverb of perpetual delay has been abolished. The window of repentance remains open. *"I the LORD will hasten it in its time"* (Isaiah 60:22). The watchmen are called to their walls, the households of the covenant to shelter, the Church to arise and shine — for the glory of the LORD is risen upon it.

🌍 Romans 5:9 — Justified by His Blood, Saved from Wrath Part 43.
Tuesday 16 June 2026.
📖 Through Him We Are Preserved to the End Part 3/3
📜 Scripture: Romans 5:9; Hebrews 7:25; John 10:27-29; Philippians 1:6
💡 Key Truth: The Christ who justifies believers is the same Christ who preserves them until glory.
📝 Devotional
Many believers understand that Christ saved them in the past.
Fewer understand that Christ is actively preserving them in the present.
Romans 5:9 points beyond justification to future deliverance:
📌 “we shall be saved from wrath through him.”
The same Christ who shed His blood for us continues His ministry for us.
📖 Hebrews 7:25 (KJ2000)
📌 “Therefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever lives to make intercession for them.”
Christ's work did not end at Calvary.
♟️Today He intercedes for His people.
♟️He advocates for them.
♟️He shepherds them.
♟️He sustains them.
♟️He preserves them.
📖 Philippians 1:6 (KJ2000)
📌 “Being confident of this very thing, that he who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ.”
Salvation is secure because Christ is faithful.
Our assurance is not rooted in our ability to hold on to Him.
Our assurance rests in His ability to hold on to us.
The believer's future does not depend on human strength.
It depends on the continuing ministry of the risen Christ.
Therefore, Paul can confidently declare:
📌 “we shall be saved from wrath through him.”
🔑 Summary: “Through Him” in Romans 5:9
The phrase “through Him” teaches three foundational truths:
✅ Christ is the exclusive Mediator between God and mankind.
✅ Christ is the Peacemaker who reconciles sinners to God.
✅ Christ is the Preserver who guarantees the believer's final salvation.
Therefore, the believer can confidently say:
📌 “I was justified through Him. I am sustained through Him. I shall be saved from wrath through Him.” (Romans 5:9)
🤔 Daily Reflection
Do I find my security in my performance, or in Christ's ongoing work on my behalf?
🙏 Daily Confession
Lord Jesus, thank You that You not only saved me but continue to preserve me. Thank You for interceding for me and keeping me by Your power. Strengthen my faith and help me rest confidently in Your faithfulness. Amen.
To be continued.......

🌍 Romans 5:9 — Justified by His Blood, Saved from Wrath Part 41.
Sunday 14 June 2026.
📖 Through Him Alone Part 1/3
💉“Through Him” — The Exclusive Mediator of Salvation
📜 Scripture: Romans 5:9; John 14:6; Acts 4:12; 1 Timothy 2:5
The final phrase of Romans 5:9 is “through Him.” Paul concludes his argument by directing all attention to the Person of Jesus Christ. The believer is justified through Him, reconciled through Him, preserved through Him, and ultimately saved from wrath through Him. Christ is not merely the starting point of salvation; He is its foundation, mediator, sustainer, and consummator.
💡 Key Truth: Jesus Christ is the one and only mediator between God and mankind.
📝 Devotional
The phrase “through Him” reminds us that salvation is found exclusively in Jesus Christ.
Humanity's greatest problem is separation from a holy God. Sin created a barrier that no amount of morality, religion, good works, philosophy, or human effort could remove.
Yet God provided a Mediator.
📖 1 Timothy 2:5 (KJ2000)
📌“For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.”
Notice the word one.
💧Not many mediators.
💧Not many roads.
💧Not many saviours.
💧One Mediator.
💧One Saviour.
💧One Redeemer.
Jesus declared:
📖 John 14:6 (KJ2000)
📌 “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man comes unto the Father, but by me.”
Christ alone bridges the gap between sinful humanity and a holy God.
Romans 5:9 teaches that believers are saved from wrath through Him, not through personal merit or religious achievement.
The Christian faith is not centered on a system.
It is centered on a Person.
Salvation is not found in what we do for Christ.
Salvation is found in what Christ has done for us.
🤔 Daily Reflection
Am I trusting fully in Christ alone, or am I subtly depending on my own goodness, achievements, or religious activity?
🙏 Daily Confession
Lord Jesus, You alone are my Saviour and Mediator. I renounce all confidence in myself and place my complete trust in You. Thank You for opening the way to the Father through Your finished work on the cross. Amen.
To be continued.......

🤝💦 PROLOGUE: A WINTER THAT BROKE ITS SILENCE
On Saturday, 6 June 2026, Harare did something it is climatologically forbidden from doing in June. It rained. Not a polite drizzle from an errant cloud. Not a brief mist from the Eastern Highlands bleeding westward. The sky over the capital opened with a sustained display of rain, thunder, lightning, and hailstones — a full convective storm bearing all the atmospheric signatures of a midsummer event, arriving in the dead of Zimbabwe's dry winter season.
To the meteorologist, this is a curiosity. June is normally the most arid month in Harare's calendar. Average June rainfall stands at approximately 2 mm for the entire month. Many years record zero measurable precipitation. The rain gauge for June is, in most years, effectively empty. What occurred on 6 June 2026 — a thunderstorm producing hailstones, sustained rainfall, lightning, and thunder — belongs, statistically and climatologically, to the midsummer months of November through February. Its occurrence in June is not merely unusual. It is extraordinary.
But the people of God do not only read meteorological tables. They read the times. They read the seasons of the Spirit through the lens of the Word. They understand that the physical and the spiritual are not sealed off from one another. They know, from Genesis to Revelation, that God has never been content to act exclusively in the invisible realm while leaving the visible realm undisturbed. When the Eternal moves, creation registers the movement.
This article is the first of two parts in a theological and prophetic account of what transpired on 6 June 2026 — a day that coincided precisely with the official commencement of the 12:26 Prophetic Season, marking the twelfth anniversary of the apostolic mandate of Servant LeadersWorld (SLW) Ministries.
📌This first part examines the biblical theology of creation as witness, the typology of hail and the rainbow as divine instruments, and the significance of the number twelve in the grammar of divine governance.
📌Part Two will address the anatomy of apostolic commission confirmation signs, the specific decrees of the 12:26 season, and the Ebenezer declaration that seals the twelve-year record.
This is not triumphalism. This is not superstition. This is a sober attempt to read what God has written — in the text, in the history, and in the sky.
💦 PART ONE: THE THEOLOGY OF CREATION AS WITNESS
🤝 I. The Created Order Is Not Neutral
One of the foundational errors of secular materialism — and its theological equivalent, a certain kind of cold Protestant rationalism — is the assumption that the physical world is an inert stage, a neutral backdrop against which human and divine drama unfolds, but without itself participating in that drama. Under this view, rain is merely weather. Thunder is merely acoustics. The movements of the atmosphere have no theological significance whatsoever.
Scripture does not share this view.
From the opening chapter of Genesis, the created order is not presented as neutral matter awaiting meaning to be imposed from outside. It is presented as the handiwork of a purposeful, communicating God, and as such it carries the mark of its Maker.
📌"The heavens declare the glory of God; and the firmament shows his handiwork. Day unto day utters speech, and night unto night reveals knowledge." (Psalm 19:1–2, KJ2000).
This is not poetry masquerading as meteorology. It is a theological claim about the nature of creation: the physical world is a living declaration of the nature and purposes of its Author.
The apostle Paul makes the same claim in the key apologetic text of Romans 1:20:
📌"For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse."
Creation is the first witness for the prosecution when humanity stands before the bar of divine judgment. It has been speaking since the beginning. The problem is not that it has fallen silent. The problem is that human hearts have become deaf.
What this means for the prophetic interpreter is critical: when God wishes to mark a moment in the natural with a sign, He is not breaking a natural order that is otherwise silent. He is intensifying and directing a witness that is already continuous. The creation already speaks of God's glory. When He focuses that declaration on a specific moment — as He did at Sinai, at Calvary, at the empty tomb, and as He did over Harare on 6 June 2026 — He is not doing something foreign to the nature of creation. He is doing what creation was designed to do, with greater specificity and urgency.
🤝 II. The Biblical Pattern: Atmospheric Signs at Covenant Moments
Across both Testaments, the pattern is unmistakable: the atmosphere accompanies divine covenant action. This is not a minor or peripheral theme. It runs from Sinai to Revelation as a consistent theological signature.
💧 At the institution of the Mosaic covenant at Sinai: God descended upon the mountain with thunder, lightning, a thick cloud, and the sound of an extremely loud trumpet. "And it came to pass on the third day in the morning, that there were thunders and lightnings, and a thick cloud upon the mount, and the voice of the trumpet exceedingly loud; so that all the people who were in the camp trembled." (Exodus 19:16, KJ2000). The people's physical trembling was not psychological weakness. It was the appropriate response of creaturely being to the unveiled proximity of uncreated glory. The atmospheric phenomena were not decorative. They were part of the theophany — the visible manifestation of the invisible God making His authority felt in the material world.
💧 At the death of Christ — the institution of the New Covenant: The sky darkened at midday. The earth shook. The rocks split. The veil of the temple was torn. Graves opened. "Now from the sixth hour there was darkness over all the land unto the ninth hour... and the earth quaked, and the rocks split; and the graves were opened." (Matthew 27:45, 51–52, KJ2000). The physical world was not merely witnessing an execution. It was registering the most consequential spiritual transaction in the history of the cosmos. The New Covenant was being ratified in blood, and creation convulsed under the weight of it.
💧 At the giving of the Law in Revelation — the final reordering: When the heavenly temple was opened and the Ark of the Covenant was unveiled, the atmospheric signature was identical to Sinai and amplified: "and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail." (Revelation 11:19, KJ2000). This is not accidental repetition. This is the deliberate theological grammar of Scripture, recurring across more than a millennium of canonical development, insisting that when God moves in authoritative covenant action, creation responds with thunder, lightning, earthquake, and hail.
The storm of 6 June 2026 falls into this pattern. It did not occur in a theological vacuum. It occurred on the precise day that marked twelve years of apostolic ministry, at the exact moment of the opening of the 12:26 Prophetic Season. Those who have eyes to see will see. Those who have ears to hear will hear. The heavens were keeping the archive.
🤝 III. Hail as a Specific Divine Instrument
Of all the elements that attended the storm of 6 June, the hail is perhaps the most theologically charged, and it warrants specific examination.
In Scripture, hail is not merely a weather phenomenon. It is explicitly classified among the arsenal of divine judgment and divine deliverance.
💧 The seventh plague upon Egypt — the plague of hail — was the first plague in the Exodus sequence that carried an explicit mortality warning.
📌"Behold, tomorrow about this time I will cause it to rain a very grievous hail, such as hath not been in Egypt since the foundation thereof even until now." (Exodus 9:18, KJ2000).
The hail was so severe it killed both men and livestock left in the open fields. It stripped the land of vegetation. It was not weather. It was judgment — the judgment of God upon a system built upon the oppression of His covenant people.
💧 Joshua 10 records one of the most dramatic military interventions in the Hebrew Bible: during the battle against the five Amorite kings, "the LORD cast down great stones from heaven upon them unto Azekah, and they died: there were more of them who died with hailstones than they whom the children of Israel slew with the sword." (Joshua 10:11, KJ2000).
The LORD Himself fought for His people. The hail was His weapon.
💧 Psalm 78:47 records the hail of Egypt among the great acts of God:
📌"He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycamore trees with frost." (KJ2000).
💧 Revelation 16:21 describes the final great hail of the end times:
📌"And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail." (KJ2000).
Even in the extremity of divine judgment, the text notes that hardened hearts remained hardened — but that does not diminish the nature of what the hail represents.
The theological pattern is consistent: hail represents the shattering force of divine intervention against systems, powers, and structures that stand in opposition to God's covenant purposes. It is not random destruction. It is targeted. In Egypt, it targeted the economic infrastructure of the oppressor. In Joshua, it targeted the military alliance of the enemy. In Revelation, it targets the final rebellious world system.
What, then, does the winter hail over Harare on 6 June 2026 signify? It signifies the same thing it has always signified in the hands of the God who wields it: the shattering of opposition, the breaking of stubborn resistance, and the announcement that a new divine movement has arrived in power — a movement that will not be confined to the invisible realm but will make itself felt in the structures of history.
🤝 IV. The Rainbow: The Most Misread Sign in Human History
If the storm and hail carry the signature of divine judicial action, we must address the companion sign: the rainbow, instituted by God as creation's permanent reminder that His judgment is held in check by covenant mercy.
After the flood judged the most corrupt generation in history, God made an unconditional covenant with Noah and every living creature. The terms are recorded in Genesis 9:
📌"And I will establish my covenant with you; neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth." (Genesis 9:11, KJ2000)
The sign of that covenant:
📌"I do set my rainbow in the cloud, and it shall be for a sign of the covenant between me and the earth. And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the rainbow shall be seen in the cloud: And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh." (Genesis 9:13–15, KJ2000)
This is one of the most theologically loaded passages in the canon, yet it is universally misread by the secular world and, tragically, much of the church.
The rainbow is not a celebration of diversity, a monument to atmospheric optics, or a tourist attraction to be photographed alongside Victoria Falls. It is a covenant document written in the sky—a living declaration that God made a promise and has not forgotten it.
But observe what the sign actually commemorates. The covenant was made after a global catastrophe of divine judgment. The generation destroyed by the flood was, by God's own testimony, the most wickedly corrupt the earth had known:
📌"And GOD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually." (Genesis 6:5, KJ2000).
Early church traditions, Second Temple literature, and a plain reading of Genesis 6:1–4 indicate the pre-flood civilisation descended into sexual perversion, violence, and wholesale abandonment of God, leaving Him no alternative but to bring the flood.
The rainbow therefore carries a dual message that cannot be separated without distorting both:
💧 First, it declares mercy: God could destroy the earth again, for human wickedness has not decreased since Noah—it has merely relocated. But He made a promise and sealed it in the sky. Every time a cloud forms and the sun breaks through, God says: I remember. I am keeping the covenant. The flood is restrained. My patience is extended. The door of repentance remains open.
💧 Second, it declares warning: The covenant against a second flood presupposes the reality and righteousness of the first. Every rainbow acknowledges that God judged the earth once and was entirely justified. The same God who restrained Himself from a second flood has not changed His moral character, revised His assessment of sin, or reclassified what He destroyed the first generation for doing. He has simply bound Himself by covenant mercy to withhold the flood, reserving other instruments of judgment for their appointed times.
📌 The rainbow is not God celebrating the world as it is. It is God declaring patience toward a world that still deserves judgment — while calling that world to repentance before the patience runs out.
Consider what this generation has done with the sign. The rainbow—God's covenant seal of patient mercy toward a sinful world—has been appropriated as the banner of the homosexual movement. It flies over pride marches, is painted on government buildings, projected onto national monuments, and adorns the social media of politicians aligning with a movement celebrating precisely what the pre-flood generation was destroyed for practicing.
This is a precise theological inversion of catastrophic proportions. The sign of God's covenant restraint from judgment has been commandeered as the flag of the very degeneracy that necessitated judgment. It is as though survivors of a divine warning planted it on their chests and danced beneath it, repeating the behaviour that triggered the warning.
This appropriation does not go unnoticed in heaven. The God who set the rainbow in the cloud is the same God who, in Romans 1, identifies the abandonment of natural relations as the premier sign of a society reaching the terminal stage of the reprobate mind, where God "gave them up unto vile affections." (Romans 1:26, KJ2000). Waving the rainbow over this moral collapse is the creation being handed to the creature as a weapon against the Creator. It will not end well.
But the prophet must be precise: the misappropriation of the rainbow by the LGBTQ movement, as grievous as it is, is not the only form of misreading that dishonours the sign. Three categories of misreading attend it today:
💧 The Scientific Reductionist sees refracted light through water droplets and nothing more. Beautiful physics. Atmospheric optics. The creation speaks, but they hear only acoustics. They see the envelope but never open the letter.
💧 The Aesthetic Spectator parks the rainbow alongside Victoria Falls and the Serengeti sunset—magnificent natural wonders, appropriate for photography and admiration, carrying no message requiring a response. They process the rainbow as beauty and move on. The covenant document in the sky goes unread.
💧 The Theological Inverter — the most grievous — takes the sign of God's patient restraint from judging sexual perversion and makes it the symbol of celebrated sexual perversion. This is not a misreading born of ignorance. It is a wilful inversion the Scriptures describe as the work of those who have "changed the truth of God into a lie." (Romans 1:25, KJ2000).
The Lord Jesus Christ gave the generation that misreads the rainbow its most precise diagnostic: "But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be." (Matthew 24:37, KJ2000). The days of Noah were days of extraordinary wickedness, normalisation of the perverse, mockery of the righteous, and blindness to every sign. "And they knew not until the flood came, and took them all away." (Matthew 24:39, KJ2000).
The prophet does not rejoice at this; the prophet weeps. But the prophet also declares: the rainbow is not yours to repurpose. It belongs to the God who set it in the cloud. It carries His message, not yours. And His message is this:
📌 I remember the covenant. I am patient. The door is still open. But I am the same God who sent the flood, and I have not changed. Repent before the covenant's patience is exhausted and a judgment greater than the flood arrives—a judgment neither rainbow nor covenant has promised to restrain.
"The LORD reigns; let the earth rejoice." (Psalm 97:1, KJ2000) — but this rejoicing must be of the redeemed, not the rebellious celebrating beneath a misappropriated sign, dancing at the edge of judgment while proclaiming themselves liberated.
The storm of 6 June 2026 and the rainbow of Genesis 9 are companion declarations. The storm says: God acts in history. He sends hail. He judges. He confirms His servants and shatters His opposers. The rainbow says: God is patient. The covenant holds. The door is open. But this patience is not indifference, and it will not last forever.
Together, they call this generation to one thing: repentance.
💦 PART TWO: THE SIGNIFICANCE OF TWELVE — THE NUMBER OF GOVERNANCE
🤝 V. Twelve in the Architecture of Scripture
The significance of the number twelve in Scripture cannot be overstated. It is one of the most consistently purposeful numbers in the entire canonical framework, and its meaning is not merely numerological decoration. It carries a specific semantic freight that is established early, repeated consistently, and fulfilled eschatologically. That freight is this: twelve is the number of divine governance.
This meaning is built from the ground up across the whole counsel of Scripture:
💧 The Twelve Tribes of Israel — The foundational governance structure of the covenant nation. The twelve tribes were not merely a demographic reality. They were a theological statement about how God orders a people under His rule. The organisation of Israel into twelve was the organisation of a kingdom.
💧 The Twelve Apostles of Christ — When Jesus established the foundation of the new covenant community, He did not choose eleven disciples, or thirteen. He chose twelve. This was not accident. It was governance architecture. He was building the ecclesial equivalent of the twelve tribes — the governing foundation of the Kingdom of God in its new covenant expression. "And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel." (Matthew 19:28, KJ2000).
💧 The Twelve Foundation Stones of the New Jerusalem — In Revelation 21:14, the twelve foundation stones of the heavenly city bear the names of the twelve apostles. The governance structure of the Kingdom is inscribed into the very foundations of eternity.
💧 The Twelve Gates of the New Jerusalem — Revelation 21:12 records twelve gates bearing the names of the twelve tribes of Israel. Every approach to the eternal city passes through one of the twelve. Access to God's kingdom is structured around the number of divine governance.
💧 Twelve Baskets of Fragments — After the feeding of the five thousand in Matthew 14, twelve baskets of fragments were collected. Twelve is the number of the disciples. The abundance of Christ's provision was exactly calibrated to fill the governance structure He had established.
💧 The Twelve-Year-Old Jesus in the Temple — Luke 2:42 records that Jesus, at age twelve, was found in the temple, "sitting in the midst of the doctors, both hearing them, and asking them questions." At twelve — the age of governance — the Son of God was already about His Father's business of governance and instruction. This was not random. It was the age at which Jewish boys entered the covenant community as responsible members. Twelve is the age of accountable governance.
🤝 VI. Twelve as Apostolic Duration
Twelve years of apostolic ministry is not, therefore, merely a calendar milestone. In the grammar of divine governance, it is a declaration of maturity and establishment. It signifies that the foundational cycle is complete.
The structure of apostolic ministry bears this out across Scripture and church history. The great apostolic figures did not begin their public ministry fully formed. They were prepared, tested, refined, and then released. The preparation period was always commensurate with the magnitude of the assignment.
💧 Moses — Forty years in Egypt, forty years in Midian, forty years in the wilderness. Each phase was a governance school. The man who would lead a nation of millions required an extended preparation that corresponded to the weight of his commission.
💧 David — Anointed by Samuel as a teenager, David spent years in the wilderness, in the courts of Saul, and in exile before being established as king. The preparation was not wasted time. It was governance formation.
💧 Paul — Following his dramatic Damascus Road encounter, Paul spent approximately fourteen years in Arabia, Damascus, and Tarsus before being formally commissioned and sent out with Barnabas from Antioch. The apostle to the Gentiles had a Gentile preparation period. Fourteen years before full apostolic release.
💧 Jesus Himself — The Son of God in human flesh spent thirty years in preparation before three years of public ministry. The ratio of preparation to public action is staggering by human standards. But divine standards are not human standards.
Twelve years of SLW ministry — from 2014 to 2026 — represents a full governance cycle. It is the period of the twelve tribes assembled. It is the period of the twelve apostles commissioned. It is the period of preparation sufficient for the governance assignment that now lies ahead. The 12:26 milestone is not simply a birthday. It is an apostolic graduation — the completion of one phase of preparation and the formal opening of a new phase of deployment.
📌 When God marks a twelve-year period with a storm bearing the atmospheric signature of Revelation 11:19, He is not making a peripheral observation. He is underwriting the apostolic record with a heavenly seal.
🤝 VII. The Twelve-Year Pattern in Prophetic History
It is worth pausing to note that twelve-year cycles appear with theological significance in biblical narrative. Jairus' daughter — raised from the dead by Jesus — was twelve years old (Mark 5:42). The woman with the issue of blood had suffered for twelve years before her healing (Mark 5:25). Both are healed in the same passage, in the same moment, and both are connected to the number twelve. The daughter of twelve years raised to life. The woman of twelve years' suffering made whole. Both healings occurring simultaneously. The juxtaposition is not accidental. Twelve is the age and the duration at which God intervenes to bring dead things to life and to end chronic suffering that has resisted all human remedy.
After twelve years, what was dead is raised. After twelve years, what has suffered long is healed. After twelve years, the governance season begins.
SLW Ministries entered 2026 carrying twelve years of ministry, twelve years of service, twelve years of prophetic proclamation, twelve years of apostolic instruction and governance — and on the first day of the 12:26 season, the heavens opened in a manner consistent with the atmospheric signature of divine covenant action.
Let those who have understanding, understand.

*This is Part Two of a two-part theological and prophetic examination of the extraordinary winter storm that struck Harare on Saturday, 6 June 2026 — the first day of the 12:26 Prophetic Season, marking twelve years of apostolic ministry under Servant LeadersWorld (SLW) Ministries. Part One addressed the biblical theology of creation as witness, the typology of hail and the rainbow as divine instruments, and the significance of twelve as the number of divine governance. This second part examines the anatomy of the apostolic commission and its confirmation signs, the specific theological content of the 12:26 prophetic marker, the decrees that the season opens, and the Ebenezer declaration that seals the twelve-year record.*
💦 PART THREE: THE APOSTOLIC COMMISSION AND ITS CONFIRMATION SIGNS
🤝 VIII. What Is an Apostolic Commission?
Before examining the confirming signs, it is necessary to establish what an apostolic commission is and what it requires for its authentication.
The Greek word *apostolos* (ἀπόστολος) means "one sent forth" — a commissioned emissary bearing the authority of the one who sends. In the New Testament, the apostle is not simply a gifted preacher or an effective administrator. The apostle is a foundation-layer, one who goes before the church into territory yet unoccupied and establishes the governance structures of the Kingdom of God. *"And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers..."* (1 Corinthians 12:28, KJ2000). The apostle is listed first not because of celebrity but because of function: the apostle goes first, breaks new ground, lays foundations, establishes order, and hands what is built to subsequent ministries.
Paul describes the apostolic function in 1 Corinthians 3:10: *"According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon."* The masterbuilder (*architekton* — ἀρχιτέκτων, the root of our word "architect") does not merely contribute to a structure. He designs the foundations. He determines what will be built, how it will be oriented, and what it will be able to support. Apostolic ministry is architectural ministry.
Such a commission does not come without authentication. From the beginning of the biblical record, divine commissions come with divine confirmation. The confirmation is not for the one commissioned — who has already heard from God. The confirmation is for those who will receive the ministry, for the watching world, and for the historical record of God's faithfulness.
🤝 IX. The Biblical Precedent for Commission Confirmation Signs
💧 *Moses at the Burning Bush* — When God commissioned Moses to return to Egypt and lead the exodus, He did not merely give verbal instructions. He gave Moses three authenticating signs: the staff that became a serpent, the hand that became leprous and was restored, and the water that would turn to blood. These signs were not for Moses. They were for Pharaoh, for Israel, and for history. *"That they may believe that the LORD God of their fathers... hath appeared unto thee."* (Exodus 4:5, KJ2000).
💧 *Gideon's Commission and the Fleece* — When God commissioned Gideon as judge and deliverer of Israel, Gideon asked for confirming signs. He was not rebuked for asking. He was given two fleece signs — one wet, one dry — precisely because the weight of the commission required unambiguous confirmation. God accommodated the request because He understood what was at stake.
💧 *Isaiah's Commission and the Seraphic Cleansing* — Isaiah's apostolic-prophetic commission in Isaiah 6 was accompanied by a vision of the heavenly throne, the seraphim, the shaking of the doorposts, and the coal from the altar touching his lips. The commission came in the context of a theophanic encounter that would leave no room for doubt about its source or its gravity.
💧 *Ezekiel's Commission and the Storm-Wind* — Ezekiel's prophetic commission in Ezekiel 1 opens with a whirlwind, a great cloud, fire unfolding itself, and brightness. *"And I looked, and, behold, a whirlwind came out of the north, a great cloud, and a fire unfolding itself, and a brightness was about it."* (Ezekiel 1:4, KJ2000). The atmospheric opening of Ezekiel's prophetic ministry is a deliberate divine signature: the storm announces the prophet. The whirlwind marks the commission.
💧 *Jeremiah's Commission* — In Jeremiah 1, God touches the prophet's mouth and declares: *"Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant."* (Jeremiah 1:9–10, KJ2000). The commission is governmental in scope — over nations and kingdoms — and it is confirmed by a direct divine act upon the physical body of the prophet.
💧 *The Commission of Paul* — Paul's apostolic commission on the Damascus Road was so dramatic that it left him physically blind for three days. The atmospheric phenomenon of a light from heaven brighter than the sun at noon marked the exact moment of apostolic commission. *"And as he journeyed, he came near Damascus: and suddenly there shone around him a light from heaven."* (Acts 9:3, KJ2000). The physical light confirmed the spiritual appointment.
The pattern is consistent and unmistakable. When God commissions an apostolic-prophetic servant for a governance-level assignment, He marks the commission with physical, atmospheric, or embodied signs that cannot be dismissed as mere subjectivity. These signs are not for the entertainment of the curious. They are for the strengthening of faith, the silencing of opposition, and the establishing of a historical record that will outlast the moment.
🤝 X. The Centurion's Confession as the Model of Recognition
There is a figure in the Calvary narrative who has always stood as a model for the recognition of divine confirmation signs. He is the unnamed Roman centurion — a professional soldier trained in the imperial machinery of the most powerful empire on earth, a man whose entire professional identity was built on the authority of Rome, standing watch at an execution designed to publicly humiliate and permanently silence a Galilean rabbi.
When the darkness fell, when the earth shook, when the rocks split, this centurion said the one thing that the religious establishment of Jerusalem — with all its theological training and covenantal heritage — refused to say: *"Truly this was the Son of God."* (Matthew 27:54, KJ2000).
The Pharisees had seen the signs. They had seen the healings, the feeding of multitudes, the calming of the storm, the raising of Lazarus. They had seen more confirming evidence than almost any generation before them. And they remained in rejection. But this gentile soldier, this man outside the covenant — he saw the atmospheric signs at Calvary, the creation bearing witness, and he arrived at the only honest conclusion available: *something more than a man died here.*
The application to the 12:26 storm is direct. Not everyone who experienced the unusual winter storm of 6 June 2026 will interpret it as a prophetic sign. The meteorologist will file it under anomalous convective events associated with upper-level disturbances. The sceptic will dismiss any attempt at prophetic interpretation as projection. The formal theologian may insist that the age of confirming signs has ceased and that the canon is sufficient.
But the centurion's confession was not made by a trained theologian. It was made by someone who simply paid attention to what creation was doing and drew the honest conclusion that the creation itself was testifying to something beyond the ordinary. The call is the same today: *pay attention to what the heavens are doing. Read what creation is writing. Do not despise the witness of the physical world when it aligns, with precision, with the witness of the Spirit.*
💦 PART FOUR: THE 12:26 SEASON — WHAT HAS BEEN OPENED
🤝 XI. The Prophetic Marker: 12 and 26 in Covenant Context
The prophetic marker 12:26 was received by faith in 2024. At the time, it was a declaration waiting for its calendar arrival. On 6 June 2026, it arrived: twelve years of ministry meeting the year 2026. But the marker carries more than a date. It carries a theological content that must be unpacked.
*Twelve* — as established in Part One — is the number of divine governance. It represents the completion of a foundational cycle, the establishment of covenant order, and the readiness for deployment.
*Twenty-six* in the Hebrew gematria carries a weight that students of the Hebraic roots of Scripture will recognise immediately. The Hebrew letters *yod* (י, value 10) and *heh* (ה, value 5) and *vav* (ו, value 6) and *heh* (ה, value 5) together spell the divine name *YHWH* — the Tetragrammaton, the covenant name of the God of Israel. The gematric value of YHWH is 10 + 5 + 6 + 5 = 26.
The year 2026, in the prophetic grammar of the 12:26 marker, is the year that carries the divine name in its numerical signature. This is not numerological mysticism. It is the observation that within the prophetic marker received in 2024, the number 26 points directly to the name above all names — the covenant LORD, the God of the Bible, the Father of the Lord Jesus Christ, the One who governs history according to His own immutable purposes.
The 12:26 season is therefore, in its deepest theological meaning: *the season of established divine governance under the name of the covenant LORD.* It is the season when twelve — governance — meets twenty-six — the divine name — and together they declare that this is the hour for the governance of God to be made manifest among the nations.
📌 *The winter storm of 6 June 2026, arriving with the atmospheric signature of Revelation 11:19 — lightnings, thunderings, and great hail — was the creation's entry into the record of what the 12:26 season signifies. The heavens were not whispering. They were declaring.*
🤝 XII. The Temple Opened and the Ark Unveiled
Revelation 11:19 is the pivotal text for understanding the prophetic meaning of the atmospheric events of 6 June 2026. It reads: *"And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple the ark of his covenant: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail."* (KJ2000).
This verse is the climactic conclusion of Revelation 11, the chapter that contains the ministry of the two witnesses, the blowing of the seventh trumpet, and the declaration of the twenty-four elders: *"We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, who art, and wast, and art to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned."* (Revelation 11:17, KJ2000). The seventh trumpet is the trumpet of divine takeover — the moment when the kingdoms of this world formally become the kingdoms of the LORD and of His Christ. And the atmospheric response to that divine takeover is exactly what happened over Harare on 6 June 2026: lightnings, thunderings, and great hail.
Three elements of Revelation 11:19 carry specific theological weight for the 12:26 season:
💧 *The Temple Opened* — Access to the heavenly sanctuary is not restricted. The veil that was torn at Calvary opened the way to God. The opening of the heavenly temple in Revelation 11 signals that the intercessory, revelatory, and judicial functions of the heavenly court are now fully engaged. The ministry of the saints before the throne is unhindered. This is an invitation to a new depth of prophetic-apostolic engagement with the heavenly realities.
💧 *The Ark Unveiled* — The Ark of the Covenant was the most sacred object in Israelite worship. It contained the tablets of the Law, Aaron's rod that budded, and the jar of manna. It was the throne of God's earthly presence — the mercy seat upon which the divine glory rested. Its appearance in the heavenly temple at the moment of the seventh trumpet is a declaration that God's covenant is intact, His Law is absolute, His promises are irrevocable, and His authority is supreme. The Ark is not a relic of a past dispensation. It is the active symbol of God's ruling authority over the nations.
💧 *The Great Hail* — Following the opening of the temple and the unveiling of the Ark, hail descends upon the earth. This is not the gentle rain of blessing. This is the hail of divine judicial action — the same hail that fell on Egypt, that fell in Joshua's battle, that the Lord has reserved in His treasury of snow and hail for *"the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war"* (Job 38:23, KJ2000).
The 12:26 season opens in the context of Revelation 11:19. It opens with temple access, covenant authority, and the judicial hail of God descending upon the arrogant structures of human power that have displaced divine governance. The winter hail over Harare was the creation's amen to the heavenly proclamation.
🤝 XIII. Winter Rain as the Sign of Unseasonable Grace
There is one more dimension of the 6 June storm that must not be overlooked: it was rain. Not just hail. Rain. Winter rain in Harare.
In the biblical world, rain carried an unmistakable theological meaning. It was the primary symbol of divine favour, covenantal blessing, and spiritual outpouring. The absence of rain was the sign of divine withdrawal and judgment — Elijah's three-year drought under Ahab being the most dramatic expression. The return of rain was the sign of covenantal restoration and divine acceptance.
Joel 2, the great Old Testament prophecy of the latter rain — which Peter quoted on the Day of Pentecost as beginning its fulfilment — speaks of God sending the *former rain* and the *latter rain* as the sign of the outpouring of the Spirit upon all flesh: *"And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my Spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions."* (Joel 2:28, KJ2000).
The rain of 6 June 2026 over Harare arrived out of season. It arrived in winter, when drought is the norm and rain is not expected. This is precisely the character of the prophetic promise: God sends His rain when the natural season says it is impossible. He sends His Spirit when the ecclesial season says the church is too dry, too cold, too far into its winter of formalism and compromise to expect revival.
The winter rain of 6 June 2026 was a prophetic statement that the Holy Spirit does not observe the meteorological calendar of human expectation. He falls when God sends Him. He comes out of season when God has determined that the season must change. The unseasonable rain over Harare was the creation's declaration that an unseasonable, extraordinary, out-of-natural-order outpouring of the Spirit of God has been decreed for Zimbabwe, for Africa, and for the nations in this 12:26 season.
📌 *God is not waiting for the conditions to be right. He is the one who makes the conditions. And when He sends winter rain, He is declaring that the winter is over.*
💦 PART FIVE: APOSTOLIC WITNESS AND PROPHETIC DECLARATION
🤝 XIV. Twelve Years in the Record
What does twelve years of apostolic service represent? It represents twelve years of prophetic proclamation into a resistant and largely unrepentant national spiritual landscape. Twelve years of warning rulers, confronting false prophets, exposing covenantal violations, calling the church to holiness, building theological infrastructure for the Kingdom, training servants of the Word, proclaiming the sovereignty of God over the nations of Africa, and holding the line of biblical truth against the tide of Chrislam, replacement theology, prosperity heresy, and political cowardice that has characterised too much of African Christianity in this generation.
It also represents twelve years of personal cost. The prophet who stands in the tradition of Elijah and John the Baptist does not build a platform of popularity. He builds a record of faithfulness. The Elijah ministry does not produce mass approval. It produces a remnant of seven thousand who have not bowed the knee to Baal. The record of twelve years is not measured by the metrics of the marketplace. It is measured by the standard of the One who said to His servants: *"Well done, thou good and faithful servant."* (Matthew 25:21, KJ2000).
The storm of 6 June 2026 was God's *hitherto* moment — His public acknowledgement of the record. The same God who said to Samuel at Ebenezer, *"Hitherto hath the LORD helped us"* (1 Samuel 7:12, KJ2000), was saying it again in the language of thunder and hail over the capital city of Zimbabwe. He was signing the twelve-year record. He was putting His atmospheric seal upon the apostolic account.
🤝 XV. The Decree of the 12:26 Season
What has been unsealed in this season? What has been decreed from the heavenly court as the 12:26 season opens?
💧 *The Dethronement of Covenant Opposers* — The hail of 6 June 2026 declared that God is not indifferent to the constitutional subversions, the governance corruptions, the judicial manipulations, and the covenantal violations that have characterised the management of Zimbabwe's national life. As Egypt's Pharaoh learned when the hail fell on his fields, and as the five Amorite kings learned when the hail fell on their armies, those who oppose the covenant purposes of God do not face an indefinitely patient opponent. They face the God who has reserved hail *"for the time of trouble, against the day of battle and war."* (Job 38:23, KJ2000).
💧 *The Restoration of the Scepter of Divine Authority* — The scepter belongs to Christ. *"The LORD reigns; let the earth rejoice."* (Psalm 97:1, KJ2000). *"For the kingdom is the LORD'S: and he is the governor among the nations."* (Psalm 22:28, KJ2000). *"The Most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomsoever he will."* (Daniel 4:17, KJ2000). In a season when human governance has been conducted as though God were absent from the national equation — as though He neither sees nor judges, as though the scepter of authority belongs to the party apparatus rather than to the LORD of hosts — the declaration must be made louder, wider, and with greater authority: *the scepter has not been surrendered. The Most High still rules. The Governor among the nations has not abdicated.*
💧 *The Opening of Revelation for This Hour* — The opening of the heavenly temple and the unveiling of the Ark in Revelation 11:19 signify that the mysteries of Christ — the deep theological content of the Gospel, the revelation of God's governmental purposes, the prophetic intelligence needed to navigate this generation — are being made available to those who seek them. The 12:26 season is a season of accelerated revelation for those positioned to receive it.
💧 *The Call to Repentance at National Scale* — The thunder and hail over Harare are, above all else, a summons. A call to the nation, the church, and its leaders to stand before the cross and make the Centurion's confession: *"Truly this was the Son of God."* Not merely as a creedal formula. But as a governance principle. As an organisational reality. As the foundation upon which a nation chooses to build or refuse to build. Zimbabwe, like every nation, must answer the question that the storm posed on 6 June 2026: *Who is the Governor among the nations? And will you submit to His governance?*
🤝💦 EPILOGUE: THE EBENEZER RAISED AND THE ROAD AHEAD
Samuel raised a stone at Ebenezer — which means "stone of help" — and declared: *"Hitherto hath the LORD helped us."* (1 Samuel 7:12, KJ2000). The stone was a memorial. It marked a moment in the record where God had intervened, delivered, and proved His faithfulness. It was not a trophy for Samuel. It was a witness. It said to every person who passed by: God was here. God acted. God is faithful. And because He was faithful to this point, He can be trusted for the road ahead.
The storm of 6 June 2026 is the Ebenezer of the 12:26 season. It is the stone that God raised — not in silence, not in the private interior of a prayer journal — but in the sky above the capital city of Zimbabwe, visible to all who had eyes to see and ears to hear. It is the heavenly seal on twelve years of service, twelve years of faithfulness under pressure, twelve years of prophetic-apostolic ministry conducted in the spirit of Elijah and John the Baptist, refusing compromise, refusing silence, refusing the comfort of institutional approval in exchange for the unspeakable privilege of standing in the counsel of God.
The 12:26 season is not the end. It is a new beginning. The twelve tribes are assembled. The apostolic foundation is confirmed. The governance mandate is sealed by the atmospheric witness of creation. The former rain has fallen out of season, announcing that the latter rain is coming.
The assignment continues. The mission continues. The call to repentance continues. The proclamation of the Gospel of Jesus Christ continues. The prophetic watch over Zimbabwe and the nations continues.
And above every earthly throne, every human parliament, every partocratic apparatus that has confused its own authority with the authority of the Most High, the decree stands:
📌 *"The LORD reigns; let the earth rejoice."* (Psalm 97:1, KJ2000)
📌 *"Great is thy faithfulness."* (Lamentations 3:23, KJ2000)
📌 *"Truly this was the Son of God."* (Matthew 27:54, KJ2000)
The heavens have spoken.
The record is sealed.
The 12:26 season has officially begun.
To God alone be the glory.

💊 *Proclaiming Truth. Piercing Veils. Building Kingdom Integrity.*
🤝 *SUMMARY:* On Saturday, 6 June 2026 — the first day of the 12:26 prophetic season marking twelve years of apostolic ministry — an extraordinary winter storm bearing rain, thunder, lightning, and hailstones struck Harare, Zimbabwe. This article presents a rigorous theological and prophetic examination of that event, situating it within Scripture's consistent pattern of atmospheric signs accompanying divine covenant action, the biblical significance of twelve as the number of divine governance, the anatomy of apostolic commission confirmation across both Testaments, and the specific decrees that this storm announces for the 12:26 season now opened.
1♦️ *The Theology of Creation as Witness* — Scripture consistently presents the physical creation not as a neutral backdrop but as a living testimony to the purposes of its Maker. From Psalm 19 to Romans 1:20, creation speaks. When God acts in covenant authority, the atmosphere responds with thunder, lightning, earthquake, and hail — as at Sinai (Exodus 19:16), at Calvary (Matthew 27:45–54), and as foretold at the opening of the heavenly temple (Revelation 11:19). The June storm is an intensification of creation's continuous witness, focused on a specific apostolic moment.
2♦️ *Hail as a Specific Instrument of Divine Action* — Hail in Scripture is not random weather. It is the weapon of divine judicial intervention: against Egypt's oppressive infrastructure (Exodus 9:18), against the five Amorite kings in Joshua 10:11, and reserved in Job 38:23 for the day of battle and war. Winter hail over Harare announces the shattering of stubborn opposition to divine governance and the arrival of a movement that will not be confined to the invisible realm.
3♦️ *Twelve as the Number of Divine Governance* — The number twelve structures the covenant architecture of Scripture from the twelve tribes of Israel and twelve apostles of Christ to the twelve foundation stones and twelve gates of the New Jerusalem. Jesus at age twelve was already about governance. Twelve years of apostolic ministry is not a calendar milestone — it is the completion of a foundational governance cycle. What God is about to build required twelve years of architectural preparation.
4♦️ *The Apostolic Commission and Its Confirmation Signs* — From Moses at the burning bush to Paul on the Damascus Road, divine commissions of governance-level weight are authenticated by physical signs that cannot be reduced to subjectivity. These signs are for those who will receive the ministry, for the watching world, and for the historical record. The centurion at Calvary — not a trained theologian — saw the atmospheric signs and made the only honest conclusion available: "Truly this was the Son of God."
5♦️ *The 12:26 Prophetic Marker and the Divine Name* — The numerical value of YHWH — the Tetragrammaton, the covenant name of God — in Hebrew gematria is 26 (yod=10, heh=5, vav=6, heh=5). The 12:26 season therefore carries this declaration: *governance (12) under the name of the covenant LORD (26).* It is the season when the scepter of divine authority is formally proclaimed over the nations.
6♦️ *Revelation 11:19 and the Temple Opened* — The atmospheric signature of the 6 June storm — lightning, thunder, great hail — precisely mirrors the heavenly declaration of Revelation 11:19, which records the opening of the heavenly temple and the unveiling of the Ark of the Covenant at the blowing of the seventh trumpet. Three realities are unlocked: access to the heavenly sanctuary, the assertion of covenant authority, and judicial action against structures that oppose divine governance.
7♦️ *Winter Rain as Unseasonable Grace* — June rain in Harare is statistically near-impossible. The Joel 2 former-and-latter rain prophecy ties the outpouring of the Spirit explicitly to rain imagery. Unseasonable rain over a dry land is the creation's declaration that the Holy Spirit does not observe the meteorological calendar of human expectation. God is announcing an out-of-season outpouring for Zimbabwe, Africa, and the nations — not because the conditions are right, but because He has decreed the season to change.
8♦️ *The Ebenezer and the Road Ahead* — The storm is God's Ebenezer — His public sealing of the twelve-year apostolic record, the heavenly amen to the declaration of 1 Samuel 7:12: *"Hitherto hath the LORD helped us."* The 12:26 season opens with the temple access of Revelation 11:19, the governance authority of twelve, the judicial hail against covenant opposers, the unseasonable rain of the Spirit, and the decree that the LORD reigns over Zimbabwe and the nations — to God alone be the glory.

🌍 Romans 5:9 — Justified by His Blood, Saved from Wrath Part 37.
Wednesday 10 June 2026.
📖 The Wrath to Come. Part 4/7
📜 Scripture: Romans 2:5; Revelation 20:11-15; 1 Thessalonians 1:10
💡 Key Truth: A future day of judgment is coming.
📝 Devotional
Romans 2:5 speaks of:
📌 "the day of wrath"
✅Rom 2:5 KJ2000 But according to your hardness and unrepentant heart treasure up unto yourself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;
History is moving toward a final accounting.
Every person will stand before God.
No one will escape His perfect justice.
Revelation 20 describes the Great White Throne Judgment.
📌Rev 20:11-13 KJ2000 11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.
12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
13 And the sea gave up the dead who were in it; and death and hades delivered up the dead who were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.
God's judgment will be:
♟️perfect,
♟️fair,
♟️holy,
♟️and righteous.
This truth should not produce pride in believers.
It should produce:
💧humility,
💧urgency,
💧compassion,
💧evangelism.
The reality of future wrath magnifies the urgency of the gospel.
🤔 Daily Reflection
How does the reality of future judgment affect my witness to others?

🌍 Romans 5:9 — Justified by His Blood, Saved from Wrath Part 36.

New Dawn Daily Devotional With Apostle Joel

📖 The Wrath Revealed in Human History Part 3/7
📜 Scripture: Romans 1:18-32; Psalm 81:11-12
💡 Key Truth: God's wrath is already being revealed in the present age.
📝 Devotional
Romans 1 teaches that God's wrath is not only future.
It is also revealed in history.
Three times Paul writes:
📌 "God gave them over..."
✅Rom 1:24 KJ2000 Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonor their own bodies between themselves:
✅Rom 1:26 KJ2000 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
✅Rom 1:28 KJ2000 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not proper;
This is a form of divine judgment.
When people persistently reject God, God may allow them to experience the consequences of their rebellion.
His wrath is seen whenever:
💧truth is suppressed,
💧sin multiplies,
💧moral darkness increases,
💧societies reject God's ways.
This present revelation of wrath warns humanity of the greater judgment yet to come.
God's warnings are acts of mercy.
They call sinners to repentance.
🤔 Daily Reflection
Am I sensitive to God's warnings and corrections?
🙏 Daily Confession
Lord, help me never harden my heart against Your truth. Give me a tender spirit that responds quickly to Your conviction and correction. Amen.

There are four Gospels.
Matthew, Mark, and Luke share so much material that scholars call them the "Synoptics" — seen together.
Then there is John.
John omits 90% of what the other three include.
John includes 90% that none of them have.
It was written last, and it reads like someone who has spent 60 years thinking about what the others didn't say.
A thread on why the Gospel of John is unlike anything else in Scripture. 🧵
I am never happy criticizing Islam.
With every post I make, every article I publish, every interview I give, I wrestle within myself. This world is cruel, and it needs more kindness, and it saddens me that I can't contribute more of it.
If Islam were confined to a certain geography, I wouldn’t concern myself with it. If Islam were reformable, if it were possible for an open, high-trust society to survive it, I wouldn’t risk my life or waste my energy discussing this backward, dark ideology.
But the problem is that Islam is none of these things.
Islam is an expansionist ideology that, wherever it exists, erases individual liberties. And with that, it destroys creativity and prosperity.
What we have witnessed in the West since October 7 has been the rebranding of Islam using the lexicon of the left.
It is a moral obligation to stand against its expansion, to educate decision-makers about the threat it poses to the West, and to ensure that the Church, which plays a decisive role in shaping U.S. political direction, is equipped with the right tools and not deceived by false narratives.
Committing to moral obligations is a discipline that brings no earthly pleasure. I find no pleasure in combating Islam.
However, I can't live with myself if I choose to live a quiet, normal life while knowing that I might be able to make a difference, even if I am not very optimistic about the future.

✅Rom 5:9 GW Since Christ’s blood has now given us God’s approval, we are even more certain that Christ will save us from God’s anger.
📖 Why God's Wrath Exists Part 2/7
📜 Scripture: Romans 3:23; Romans 6:23; Isaiah 59:2
💡 Key Truth: God's wrath exists because sin is real and serious.
📝 Devotional
The Bible never treats sin lightly.
Sin is not merely:
💧a mistake,
💧a weakness,
💧or poor judgment.
Sin is rebellion against God's authority.
💧It attacks God's holiness.
💧It distorts God's creation.
💧It destroys human lives.
Because God is holy, sin provokes His righteous indignation.
Romans 3:23 declares:
📌 "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God."
Every person needs salvation because every person stands guilty before a holy God.
✅Rom 6:23 KJ2000 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
The seriousness of wrath reveals the seriousness of sin.
🤔 Daily Reflection
Do I view sin the way God views it?
🙏 Daily Confession
Father, forgive me for minimizing sin. Give me a deeper awareness of Your holiness and a greater appreciation for the grace found in Jesus Christ. Amen.

Milton Friedman's greatest regret.
The federal government discovered the perfect crime in 1943: make employers collect taxes before workers ever see their paychecks. You think you earn $60,000 per year, but you actually earn $75,000 and hand over $15,000 to politicians without ever touching it. The psychological difference is enormous.
Before payroll withholding, Americans wrote quarterly checks directly to the Treasury. Picture yourself sitting at your kitchen table, writing a $3,750 check to the IRS every three months. The pain was immediate and visceral. Politicians faced constant pressure to justify every dollar because citizens felt the extraction in real time.
Withholding transforms this concrete loss into an abstract accounting entry. Your employer becomes an unpaid tax collector, and you never experience the actual cost of government. Worse, most people celebrate their tax refunds as government generosity rather than recognizing them as interest-free loans they provided to politicians. The Treasury collects your money throughout the year, spends it immediately, then returns your own cash and receives gratitude.
This system enables the explosion in government spending you witness today. Defense contractors billing $640 for toilet seats, agricultural subsidies for corn syrup, and congressional salaries for 535 people who rarely show up to work. When taxation feels painless, voters stop demanding accountability for how their money gets spent.
Milton Friedman helped design withholding as a wartime emergency measure and later called it his greatest regret. Free market economists recognized that the psychological pain of direct taxation creates political pressure for fiscal restraint. The temporary always becomes permanent in government hands, and the emergency justification disappears while the extraction mechanism remains forever.
I had a pastor tell me a few weeks ago that religion has no place in politics.
I replied, “I realize you may not respect me or agree with me. No problem. Do you respect Charles Spurgeon?”
He responded, “Oh yes. I quote him in my sermons all the time!”
I sent him this Spurgeon quote for his next sermon:
“I often hear it said, ‘Do not bring religion into politics.’ This is precisely where it ought to be brought, and set there in the face of all men as on a candlestick.”
