Any project properly analyzed, funded without taints of corruption, staffed with competent, patriotic and non-partisan technocrats and STATE-OWNED is music to my ears and affirmation of my belief in using our collective wealth to build more wealth for all

The kingdom of capitalism, the USA, has started copying China and buying ownership in US strategic AI and industrial companies; this they say is to help them compete with China!

The notion that State Enterprises must be anathema to progress is a propaganda from the West that they themselves have now jettisoned

Our tiny, infant companies in Ghana and Africa can neither compete effectively in our own local markets let alone in the global markets, in which some sectors are controlled by near-monopoly multinationals

Our post-independent attempts to build resilient economies have failed because most of the efforts were ill-conceived, ignorant of the powers of the Goliaths of commerce and finance and we were lame ducks from the onset

In areas in which little Davids, ie cocoa growers and gold-rich Ghanas of Africa could have a chance, their own greed and corruption played into the hands of the Goliaths and we succumbed back into poverty and finger-pointing

And, hence, if today we must find our way back onto the right road destined for our success, we must remove the thorns and thistles of this road… ie the greed, selfishness and corrupt deeds of the leaders and captains of industry into whose hands we have or will place our fortunes

WE MUST KILL AND ELIMINATE CORRUPTION, JUST LIKE THE PREFECTS OF THIS ROAD, China, has and thrived beyond measure largely due to their recognition of the threat of corruption and its necessary elimination thereof

CHINA APPLIES THE DEATH PENALTY TO PROVEN CORRUPTION

And Ghana must do same to succeed…

In going the State Enterprises route for progress, enormous financial power shall be trusted into the hands of some few people and if these few decide to go the corrupt way for their selfish interests, the whole country will be the loser and our dreams for success shall die again

PROVEN CORRUPTION MUST EQUAL SUMMARY EXECUTION

God will be our witness and the judge of our noble efforts to building a thriving, just and equitable society FOR ALL

Without a built-in measure to eliminate corruption, the State-owned enterprises approach will be another mechanism for the political elite and their cronies to enrich themselves at the expense of the whole

Dear President Mahama, please hear our pleas and include the death penalty for proven corruption in your RESET agenda to help cushion the state-owned enterprises to succeed, thank you
