Beste @ingnl zakelijk. Is het nou werkelijk niet mogelijk om een nieuwe klant op de hoogte te houden van zijn inschrijving bij jullie? Sinds 7 september wacht ik al, zelfs geen bevestiging van aanvraag of wat dan ook. 8 weken was de max zogezegd... Ik begin te twijfelen...

@ingnl Nog even een terugkoppeling van de geweldige services van ING. Na twee maanden en meerdere pogingen om uit te vinden wat de status was. bleek dat ik allang was afgewezen, zonder dat ING daarover contact heeft opgenomen. Zonder dat ING enige navraag heeft gedaan of verduidelijking
