▪️Serial sex offender who was being monitored by the Metropolitan Police has been found guilty of murdering two women and raping a third in London.

▪️The Met, BTP and Crown Prosecution Service have all admitted failings in how they dealt with Levy, who was on bail as his attacks on women escalated to double murder.

▪️The Met failed to treat one victim’s death as a murder, despite arresting Levy soon afterwards and finding his DNA on her body, until after Levy killed again.

▪️In February, Levy was convicted of sexually assaulting 10 women on London's Tubes and trains, as well as a female prison officer in HMP Brixton.

▪️Two Met officers are under investigation by the Independent Office of Police Conduct (IOPC) for their decision in August 2024 to downgrade Levy from a high-risk sex offender to a medium-risk.

Eleven years old. Still in primary school.

Forced to perform sex acts in the playground. Then systematically raped, drugged, trafficked and gang-raped for years by a network of Muslim men in Rotherham.

Her mother begged the police for help. They threatened to fine her for wasting their time and called the child a “dirty little prostitute.”

Only decades later did some of these monsters finally get sentenced — 15, 19, 20 years.

Now, under Labour’s early-release scheme for prison overcrowding, some of the worst of them could walk free in as little as five or six years.

Let that sink in.
An 11-year-old girl’s childhood was destroyed by predators who treated her like disposable meat. And the system that failed her then is now preparing to fail her again by letting them out early.

These aren’t “groomers.” They’re child rapists.

Paedophiles. Monsters.
Rapists and child abusers should serve every single day of their sentences. Full stop.

No early release. No excuses. No more.

If this doesn’t make your blood boil, nothing will.
