Ordered directly from KitchenAid for fast ship and received a nearly destroyed dishwasher. Said model isn’t available now (shows in stock online) and had to pay $100 more for a replacement to avoid a longer delay. 3-4 weeks out... Need a proper resolution on this @KitchenAidUSA

What is going on with @UPS? I've had several neighbors say their packages weren't ever delivered however UPS claims they have and their proof of delivery is "because we said it was delivered." They've NEVER called me and you can't speak with someone. Maybe investigate your driver
