I have been with @NavyFederal for over 41 years, and suddenly my email address, which has not changed since before they even had online banking, is "invalid". They tell me "at this time, our online systems are working as designed" which is a slightly more polite way of saying "tough luck". Horrible customer service! Time for a move.
As an update -- I chat with these folks above and am told I was "advised appropriately", which just reinforces how completely dismissively NFCU treats its long time loyal customers. It speaks volumes. I wonder if your Board of Directors understands just how out of touch your operations actually are.

@VerizonSupport I can disable the 2FA from the device, I just cannot log in from my desktop computer without disabling 2FA. This is making me more secure exactly how?
Considering dumping @Verizon after 20+ years as a customer. TL;DR got a new phone, now my 2FA goes to my daughter's phone rather than mine, and after 2 hours with support they seem to think this is ok/normal?!? It is painful to switch, but @TMobile is sounding better by the minute...
On the heels of the v18 release and a fun PGConfEU, @jconway and I had the chance to answer some questions with @odbmsorg on @PostgreSQL, open source community and governance, and of course AI.
It's that time of year again -- a shiny new major version of PostgreSQL has been released just for you! Start your upgrade-engines now.
