@AnthonyBetss Ultimately the leash is longer for Harbaugh with Schoen than without. Granted I think Harbaugh has a long leash- but let’s say the next 2 years suck. Most of that blame will go to Schoen. He’s right in that regard. And to your point- he probably factored that in.

@bowtiedmeathead In around 430a. Work starts at 7. Same deal with sports after work (and coaching them). Pretty much go to bed around when the kids do. Eliminates any 1:1 time with wife which sucks.
