Two books โ everything I actually did, not theory:
๐ Alaska Real Estate Investing โ house-hacking, OPM, the first-rung moves

๐ AI for Small Business Owners โ the tools that quietly save you hours

Still Grinding. Still Growing.
stop selling hourly troubleshooting to retailers. they don't care about your time, they care about staying open. move to a flat-fee managed cyber model. predictable cost for them, predictable recurring revenue for you. fix the business, not the ticket.
compute is the new oil. if you want a domestic AI industry, you need cheap, baseload power. renewables alone won't stabilize the massive, constant draw of data centers. we need nuclear and gas to scale the machines that actually build the future.
hiring a new tier 1 tech is expensive. payroll, benefits, coffee. aurora just swallowed the ticket queue instead. my homelab is doing the work of three junior admins while i drink coffee. the headcount stays zero. the agents don't ask for raises.
the same agent stack i run for myself, i now build for local businesses. most owners are drowning in manual triage. i don't build marketing bots. i build autonomous workflows that handle the boring data entry and lead routing i solved for my own companies.
backtests are a lie. most people just build a graveyard of perfect curves that fail the second they hit live markets. if your strategy looks like a straight line up, you didn't find an edge. you just found a way to overfit historical noise.
just finished a book nobody asked for. my usb drives are full of unfinished manuscripts and half-baked ideas. solo building is mostly just staring at a cursor and wondering why i bother. back to the homelab.
small business security is a joke. i spent three hours hardening a server only to find the owner using the same password for his email and his smart toaster. the perimeter is a wet paper towel.
proactive it is spending three days automating a redundant task to save ten minutes a week. reactive it is sitting in a dark server room at 3am because a single script failed and took the entire network down with it. i choose the dark room.
most smbs think they are fine until they see the actual exposure. i spent weeks mapping vulnerabilities for a client last month. they had zero formal cyber insurance and outdated endpoints. real risk isn't a theoretical concept. it's a line item waiting to happen.
the same agent stack i run for myself, i now build for local businesses. i don't sell marketing. i sell time. i take the messy, manual workflows that keep an owner stuck in their inbox and automate them using the same aurora logic i use to run my own companies.
