I’m so upset and disappoint in @Airbnb . First and last time I’m using them. Host Jennifer from @SanAntonio claims we destroyed items which was already damaged. We sent in videos and the still choose her side.

I have sent several messages @Airbnb’s resolution and still no response. Like I said before in another posts. I will not ever use the company again. The host will lie and say you destroyed items regardless if you have proof that you didn’t do nothing.

I said it once and I’m saying it again @Airbnb is not a good company. The Host will lie and set you up claiming you damaged items. With proof you didn’t do that and still they will still agree with the host. I will not waste one penny with this company again.

@RyanDanz Yes I have and won’t again. The host Jennifer from San Antonio had items rigged in the house and claimed we broke it. After submitting videos and pictures showing the items they still agreed with her.

Her 14 yr old son was killed by a friend Dec 29, 2023. Yesterday, while at the funeral home, helping to dress her son, her 6 yr old daughter was killed by an unsecured gun. Lord Have Mercy🕊🕊Praying for her strength & sanity🙏🏾I couldn't & don't want to imagine
