@SportsDirectUK It seems that sports direct are placing themselves outside of trading laws / trading standards by making it as difficult as possible to be refunded..online say in store, in store say online..who will be accountable for this mistreatment?
Terrible customer service, no, theft, from @SportsDirectUK who are refusing to provide a refund for shoes purchased in store that are faulty. Told in store "sounds like your foot is the problem" and that only contacting online would work. Have been ignored by the online team
@SportsDirectUK Do you think it's appropriate to sell products that are faulty and have absolutely no way for a customer to be refunded, either in two stores or online after a string of emails ?
@SportsDirectUK I've been to two stores and been messed around via several emails. Let's have a response here: do you think it is appropriate to say to a customer, "your foot is the problem?"
