And that's not even mentioning the agent on Monday who said the only thing I could do was wait for ten days to see if the issue got fixed. The issue of me being booked to my original final destination...

@Delta I booked LAX-AMS-OSL with a short layover. You forced me to spend 8 hours this week trying to contact you to fix the AMS-OSL portion of my itinerary after you dropped it. My layover will be four times its original length. Can I at least get lounge access in AMS?

Also @Delta your service rep Tammy chatted me this gem: "I do not know why you continue to say Delta. You booked this ticket on our website for KLM airlines. Delta didn't make these changes KLM did!" I booked this ticket through Delta's website. I *have* to contact Delta.

@Delta If I book any of those will I actually get to my final destination? Because for the LAX-AMS-OSL itinerary that I have you're currently planning on stranding me in AMS... I've been on hold for more than two hours with the chat bot, and more than one hour on the phone at this point

@Delta if your phone wait time is 55 minutes, maybe you should try a music loop longer than 5 minutes? Just a tip to improve customer service.

And another tip: maybe don't cancel the second leg of an international connecting itinerary and then say it's a normal flight change.
