This thread is interesting because it pits "design" agains "product management" as if they are waring camps. How about integrating design, product, and dev instead? Competing silos are never a good thing, IME. Break down the walls.

@allenholub @JulieThinx I agree. And, I don’t have a better rewording. This is more words and misses some of the sentiment: focus on improvements to the system, not attempting to measure individual’s contribution. (Yea, this isn’t better, or even good.)
