@oldenoughtosay I definitely “dressed” (wrapped) a 10-month-old in cut open plastic grocery bags after he destroyed two sets of clothes in an hour with… biohazardous emissions. I’m both gratified and disappointed that I didn’t take pictures. You have my positive vibes.
@Ms_Gingerella How will my performance goals be measured? Can I speak with the current team? What does management (and the current team) see as the biggest challenges that will be solved by my assuming this role? What are the biggest challenges that remain?
@PrinceVogel@patio11 On the subject of quality, Charlemagne arguably got food poisoning dozens of times. He predated germ theory, washing hands, and penicillin. He was eating food prepared without access to food thermometers or other safety instruments. Trained artisans still make mistakes.
Bought myself an old man pill organizer for my 40th birthday; caught myself forgetting and accidentally skipping meds 1-2 times a week. Thought I was doing it maybe once a month. 😭
I just realized I haven’t taken my Zoloft or ADHD meds since Thursday bc my routine has been off. And I haven’t exercised.
During the most crucial time for me to be medicated and regulated.
This explains some things 😭
@shaydeofgold When you get your home owner policy quoted, make sure you talk to your colleagues about little gotchas like damage limitations on sewer line backups and full coverage for fences and outbuildings. The extra $20/month could save you tens of thousands.
@poetickate Personal head-canon: PR team has been trying find the Disney in-house counsel’s office since the original story broke and finally discovered them in Small World in Anaheim.
@thepursuinglife At LeTourneau, it was widely known that some students had access to master keys that could get one into classroom buildings and unto various roofs. The deployment of security cameras at the end of my college tenure was apparently a real impediment to rooftop operations.
@choochoobear To parrot @PattysBradley and @JCfromNC, schools seem to lose IEP and 504 paperwork annually and require in-person intervention. Beyond that, there's an extra-special disconnect between pre-K and "real school" in addition to the usual pitfalls that eat IEP/504 documentation.
@alyssatcarroll There are other things that dust could be, but I’d smell and see if it’s sawdust. If so, I’d be worried about termites and other things that eat wood.
@alyssatcarroll It’s entirely reasonable and I will hear no slander against my love of the smell of fresh office supplies! And I’m sure my ADHD diagnosis has nothing to do with it… 🫣
