I always used to prioritise travelling with BA but after numerous poor experiences I now make a point not to travel BA. So disappointing as BA used to have a n excellent reputation but alas no more!!

@British_Airways We were not given a change flight option. There is no flight available for 72 hours. We booked the flight & hotel through BA, this is the worst service I have ever had. Flight cancelled, no option provided. Just left in the lurch in a foreign company. Young girl on own.
