@NYRLouie Shiny new toy on the market? Rinse and repeat. Build a freakin winner for longevity. See Tampa Bay. Drury should be taken out in the back and allowed a last cigarette if he trades away the #5 pick for Larkin...
@Peter_Baugh maybe playing in NY was too much to handle? It's not for everyone. He made countless blatant defensive mistakes in our zone. It was tough to watch at times and very frustrating.
@92In82 let's be honest, Miller is a talented player but he made a ton of blatant, obvious defensive mistakes that many times cost the Rangers a goal or at least the other team to extend plays in our zone. I just don't think he was cut out to play in NY w/ the pressures that come with it
@Ms_NYRangers yeah it rocked - I think the biggest issue with telecasts is that the norm now is for the announcers to never stop talking...the color guy comments on every single play, and not just during stoppages. Unfortunately I don't think that'll change anytime soon
@VintageOilers '84 Oilers were just the beginning of building on the best teams - the '87 Oilers might have been the best of the 4 Cup winning teams. I still can't believe they traded Coffey after '87, what a player.
@its_The_Dr an old-timers game, a time when sports allowed nostalgic fun. Now it's all about how many homeruns players can hit from a 70 mph throw from their pitcher of choice🙄
