2) 245 Newark Ave. Developer Peter Mocco seeks to advance a project that significantly deviated from its approvals. Community concerns about those illegal deviations have not yet been addressed. Until they are, the project should not move forward.
1) 141 Brunswick Ave. They are asking for extra stories and density despite being less than two years removed from the City approving a new zoning code for the neighborhood. That zone, the R-5, should be upheld not turned into dead letter.
