Humility is really freedom from ourselves. Those who exalt themselves think that nothing is more interesting than themselves. Yet, those who know they are precious in God’s eyes have greater things of which to boast, and a dignity that shines on its own. #GospelOfTheDay (Lk 14:1,7-14)
@Jacquiecharles@UN Again, US military intervention and a short institutional building occupation might just be the necessary medicine…. Skeptics might need to swallow some pride.
@AmbJohnBolton greetings Ambassador Bolton, what are your thoughts on the current state of affairs in Haiti ? as Ambassador Foley has indicated in the past, is it time for another military intervention?

@USEmbassyHaiti Former Ambassador Foley was correct, in my view. “Haiti is irremediable“. Time for another US military intervention, this time with some real teeth. it’s been a good try with the MSS, but now it’s time for the US Army to fix this mess.
@Jacquiecharles@RAMhaiti@magik9 this really should be the last straw for the International community, in my view. An aggressive military intervention led by the United States should be our most viable option at this point. Representatives Meek’s and Murphy have introduced legislation outlining various options.
