After last season, Mike Elko had the resources and cachet to hire nearly anyone to coach quarterbacks and coordinate his offense.
He made lazy, questionable-at-best hires in Lynch and Wiggins.
Now, on a warmer seat, Elko will struggle to hire quality replacements.
The SEC isn’t where you learn to call plays.
A&M, with its resources, should never be in a position where it promotes two coordinators from within who have never done it in the SEC. We should never have to be a training ground for play callers. The game is too big at this level and we can afford to not have to do that.
Elko will probably get a chance to make this right and it’s obvious that he has to make wholesale changes across the board. I’ll keep showing up with my kids and supporting my team but I’m mentally focused on this offseason and what he does to get this train back on the tracks.
The relative silence about things like this from the activist crowd makes it rather obvious that they simply don’t care about Palestinian victims except when those victims can be used to justify attack on Israel or the west.

Thomas Massie: “There is zero evidence that Iran was trying to build a nuclear weapon, Netanyahu is warmongering.”
The Deputy Speaker of the Iranian Parliament: “We tried to develop nuclear weapons, but couldn't keep it secret.”
