@LGUS After 2+ hours in the phone today, I was finally connected to a supervisor who stated this would be resolved within 24 hours. Riddle me this, within minutes of being told the replacement part was in back order - “Rich” stated he would provide tracking info within 24 hrs. Hmmm?

10. Who at @LGUS knows just how bad the service is?

Yes, this is a rant (and yes I am currently on hold with LG - this particular call has been 43 minutes - and counting). Make it make sense!

Here’s another thing that has bothered me all season on #BelowDeckMed @hannahferrier_ ... Malia seeks @CaptSandyYawn ‘s help when being called “sweetie”, yet she references her all male deck crew EVERY TIME she speaks to them as “boys.” Umm, they are men.
