Distinction without a difference doesn’t require him to acknowledge the higher charge. It’s a logical analysis of whether two things are equally yoked, by commonality, and whether it makes sense for the difference to be substantive enough in context that it be presented. I don’t think in this case it was
@BeeKay_75@AnaKasparian@IamSean90 My issue, I suppose, is that the questioned asked of him wasn’t to the specificity of the charge. Did Wilson make the obvious guess? Sure. Is it the “gotcha” that I see being posted everywhere? No
It’s unbelievable how dense you all are. Inputting penal consequences on this as though it’s meaningful. Murder is the charge, aggravation is the pre-fix applying severity. Pre-trial does not require the pre-fix necessarily. In a debate, murder was a sufficient term for the charge.
If I have an Apple, and eat the apple, and say I ate the apple…does it matter initially that it was a Granny Smith? Now, if I get violently ill, near death…a legal case ensues and we must find this Apple producer…maybe knowing that it was a Granny Smith Apple bought on 52nd street becomes relevant.
@patt96740@AnaKasparian@IamSean90 I’d assuredly not feel different, as pre-trial and trial are two different phases, and if there were a debate about my charge, I wouldn’t presume that they’d argue about the distinction unless it was of utmost relevance.
Most of the people that you presume to be Erika Kirk defenders, aren’t. They’re defenders of Charlie. I think Tyler R killed Charlie, I have a deep appreciation for him, and I can simultaneously find Erika off-putting. Him calling her retarded, from my estimation, is just dude talk.
@RealCandaceO@RealCandaceO why did it take $300k for you to defend your friend? Why have you refused @scrowder debate? Why did you back off of any topics that would put you in a “legal pickle”? If your views are truth, surely you’d stand by them, as the legal process would justify them.
My source in the Cabbage Patch Legion says that Candace ate a taco, ran at 220000 MPH to theFord Theatre, traversed space and time, and retroactively assassinated Lincoln. I feel like my source is right. I can’t provide evidence because I’m allowed to feel
That wasn’t the initial question. The initial question, almost verbatim was: “Just so I also have clarity, since your basis has been evidentiary, you keep saying that you have evidence or like you are following evidence. Which one of the charges against, or all of them, do you think Tyler Robinson is guilty of?”
The only person who contributed to specificity, was actually Wilson.
@nicol3tweets@AnaKasparian@IamSean90 No one is making the claim that aggravation is not a sincere component, at least from my purview. It’s the obfuscation that murder is murder, and aggravation in compounding interest.
They are no different in the baseline component
I just suspect that you guys are intentionally obtuse at this point. In a debate, are the ramifications the same as a trial? If one concedes murder and aggravated murder are the same baseline, does someone get beheaded after?
As your great leader at this point said, “I can explain it to you, I can’t understand it for you”
@Johnny_Joey hope all is well bro! Just ran up on some content from you on TT again. Thank you for your honest representation of our values, and never forget the gym behind the Walgreens 😂
@itsmorganariel@DisIncX@RealCandaceO@paleochristcon He’s shaking his foot because he is an avid smoker. He is addicted to nicotine, and Candace made it a prerequisite that he not smoke there. It’s a fidget, not some sign or indication of anything related to the debate
@paleochristcon Candace’s gun expert referred to SD cards as “removing SIM cards” from the cameras. I’m sure he’s had much experience with cameras, phones, and should know the difference. His reliability has always been questionable. This solidifies it for me 😂
