@Long_Duk_Bill@therealgufeball@ISentrosi Yeah prior to his recall he had a 12% walk rate allowed 1.75 hr per 9 also his opponent batting average when the ball was in play was .380. Last year for example 8.5% walk rate .45 hr per 9 and a .216 batting average on balls in play.
@RedbirdRiot The problem is looking at the current third baseman and shortstops who have played third the options are very limited and the good ones will be expensive as shit like a Jung or Henderson. Or with a guy like maikel Garcia whose contract is high for what he provides.
@STL_Stats_Facts That’s true but boy that July schedule is brutal. Now what could help them in the end is their September schedule is shaping up to be really easy.
@WeathersWins I mean I wouldn’t say they got him for nothing both prospects are having really good seasons and Boston could definitely use the starter that they traded in that deal.
@lil1nsulin I mean I don’t how because he doesn’t stand super close to the plate but Herrera after today’s tied for the league lead with 15 hbp. Jj isn’t far behind at 10.
@dgoold@TheDanGuerrero Quick question I would be correct that Walker isn’t eligible for a ppi pick even if he finishes top 3 in mvp because he didn’t accrue enough service time as a rookie.
