I pay for MLB TV. I pay for YouTube TV. I can’t watch the Cardinals-Reds game on either because MLB blacks out the game because I’m 4 hours from Cincinnati, and YouTube TV doesn’t carry the stations that show the game. It’s a bit ridiculous!
@SandyMac718 Not trying to defend him too much, but it felt like the ump missed strike 3 on the first batter and called it ball 4. And the WP easily could have been a passed ball. That said, he nearly gave up a 3-run HR.
@AidanG_Baseball I like that he’s getting some play at 3rd. It isn’t pretty yet, but that might be his ticket to the Big Leagues. Because the bat definitely plays!
When this one is over, join @iPopEditor and I as we discuss the sputtering offense, the roster moves made this week, and a bit more about this past weekend's blogger/podcaster event. https://t.co/jK5uUIcC0e
“To infinity and beyond!”
Mookie Betts signed a ball after his Toy Story commercial and we’re giving it away ⚾
Repost and reply for a chance to win!
See Toy Story 5 only in theaters June 19
Jack Gurevitch is doing some things! As a 1B-only it’s hard to see where his future is with the Cardinals, but he’ll be in Springfield sometime this year. He can hit!
@cigarmike He’s calling the game like it’s a UFC fight. He’s over the top on every pop up and ground ball, and goes crazy over Cubs runs like he has money on it.
Nolan Gorman is 2 for his last 22 and has not put the ball in play tonight.
Meanwhile, Blaze Jordan is 4 for 5 for Memphis tonight and now hitting .328 with a .943 OPS.
Something to keep an eye on…
Does UNC bypass Jason DeCaro on Saturday and use him Sunday, especially since they’re facing a depleted ECU team tomorrow? I don’t think you do that, but it has to be tempting.
