The Hearing Protection Act and SHORT Act have been pulled from the "big beautiful bill" due to the "Byrd Rule."

As I've mentioned in several videos - these bills DO NOT violate the Byrd Rule. Hopefully I'll get a video up explaining it for the new folks but they absolutely do not...
