the seller needs to pay for the 20 years of lease + the legal fees it will now take, as the new owner bought it contingent/expecting that it was part of the sale due to the owner commentary regarding 'lower electric bills', etc. The seller lied openly.

point is, it was a valid part of the decision process and the price paid factored in that as included. All that is left to argue about is what does the seller owe the buyer.

IMO, he people stating the rules official on hand should have made a ruling or called for help at that time would be correct. This isn't a micro move of a ball that a official can't see from 20 ft away, this was a major tramping around in the puck brush event.

There is no need in todays world to do 6 days a week at all. Realistically, Mon/Weds/Fri would suffice.

Now I get it, the whole purpose of a nationalized mail system is so the machine can legally contact the slaves. It stands to reason, so that can't be changed.

Yet, the number of days can easily be cut back to a more modern few days a week. Could even end up cutting half the work force, as the same drivers could do 2 different routes alternating.

Etc, all manner of ways to look at it.
