I enjoyed joining a recent podcast to discuss data centers and the challenges and opportunities of serving these large electricity users in terms of planning and reliability, to growth and innovation. Great conversation on how we can meet these needs while serving our members.
Electric cooperatives are stepping up as data center demand surges — balancing local economic growth with the challenge of powering massive new loads, all while keeping power reliable and affordable. Hear from JD Lowery, director of community and economic development for the Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas, by listening to the @NRECANews' podcast: Along Those Lines: https://t.co/M4lmRXlozS ⚡
A timely read about our neighbors to the east.
“The expansion is attributed to available energy capacity… They have moved at our speed from an energy and utility standpoint. We don't see that everywhere in the country.”

This #NationalEngineersWeek, we celebrate the innovators who built our past and those who design our future. 🚧🌉 This photo is of the Helena Bridge across the Mississippi River, a testament to the progress and dedication of engineers over the years.
Credit to Jalen Hurts — tremendous lesson for kids out there, benched at halftime of the national title game for Tua, refuses to publicly pout, commits himself to working his ass off to get better. And now he’s a Super Bowl champion quarterback. Phenomenal comeback & resilience.
Recovery game strong! I try to use the ice bath as frequently as possible to help reset and recover my body for each upcoming game!!
All of it tracked on my @WHOOP

@blakerutherford@_antwanphillips Fair opinion. I think some responded well to it, maybe even recruits. Not worried about athleisure. Let coaches be authentic. Kids respond to that.
@blakerutherford@_antwanphillips I respect your mom and your family. Not a fan of pajamas on planes. Just don’t think Muss’ fashion choices ruined college basketball or air travel.
@blakerutherford@_antwanphillips I don’t disagree with you. However, I’m for whatever makes the coach comfortable w/in reason. Not unreasonable to wear a suit and it’s not unreasonable 4 a coach to not sweat through a suit. People liked Muss’ style and they like Cal’s as well. Whatever fits the man.
Thanks for @arkansas_asp’s Colonel Mike Hagar and Trooper Korbyn Freeman for speaking to Pack 29’s Lions Den about the Arkansas State Police and the role of police officers in the community tonight.
