This issue is not new. It is way worse now but I guarantee the problem start 10 to 20 years back. Maybe longer

The only ones benefiting from the Billions of dollars are the insurance companies. The money should have gone to us to pay for our own insurance.

Emotional support animals (ESAs), therapy animals, or comfort animals are not considered service animals under the ADA, as they are not individually trained to perform specific disability-related tasks.

Texas Human Resources Code Section 121.006 makes misrepresentation a misdemeanor, with fines up to $1,000 and up to 30 hours of community service.
