My @HamiltonBeach water cooler is broken. HB Cust Service hasn’t been willing to help for >1 month. Needs a replacement part but HB CS keeps emailing me that they will have someone contact me and nobody does. Never buying another HB product again. Anyone else have issues with HB?

@ServinUpStupid @CruiseNorwegian @cruisenorwegian is the worst. Our cruise dropped over $1200 after we made final payment b/c people are scared to go on cruises due to corornavirus. NCL only offered me a $155 shipboard credit. DM’ed NCL. No response Have another NCL cruise booked for July in Med. Gonna cancel.

My @AmericanAir flight from ORD to LGA was cancelled tomorrow am. AA rebooked me on a flight through DTW that would cause me to miss my meeting. Never seen this type of aircraft before. It is probably pretty amazing. #007 #JamesBond

@SingaporeAir I had booked some flights using my KF miles and unfortunately had to cancel. I cancelled on May 9, paid the redeposit fee, and the miles still haven’t been redeposited yet. Been over a month. Is this normal?
